बिहार-राज्यपाल के आदेष सेे, एच॰आर॰ श्रीनिवास, मुख्य निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी, बिहार -सह-सरकार के सचिव ।2 ॢबह(cid:4)र गजट (cid:10)[स(cid:4)ध(cid:4)रण(cid:15)(cid:16) 25 [Çत३बर 2(cid:23)1(cid:20) fuokZpu foHkkx ——— vf/klwpuk 25 vDrwcj 2019 सं॰ बी1-3-113/2019- 83838383 लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1950 (43 वर्श 1950) की धारा 27 की उपधारा (3) के खण्ड (ब) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और इस विशय पर निर्गत सभी पूर्व की अधिसूचनाओं को निरस्त करते हुए बिहार सरकार भारत निर्वाचन आयोग की सहमति से बिहार राज्य के बिहार विधान परिशद्‌ के षिक्षक निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों में होने वाले चुनाव के प्रयोजनार्थ बिहार राज्य के षिक्षण संस्थान, जिसे नीचे की अनुसूची में दर्षाया गया है, वैसी षिक्षण संस्थाएँ, जो माध्यमिक स्तर से नीचे की नहीं है, निर्दिश्ट करती हैः-

1. पटना विष्वविद्यालय, पटना तिलका मांझी भागलपुर विष्वविद्यालय, भागलपुर, मगध विष्वविद्यालय, बोधगया, बीर कुँवर सिंह विष्वविद्यालय, आरा, ललित नारायण मिथिला विष्वविद्यालय, दरभंगा, भूपेन्द्र नारायण मंडल विष्वविद्यालय, मधेपुरा, भीमराव अम्बेदकर बिहार विष्वविद्यालय, मुजफ्फरपुर, जय प्रकाष विष्वविद्यालय, छपरा, मुंगेर विष्वविद्यालय, मुंगेर, पूर्णियॉ विष्वविद्यालय, पूर्णियॉ, पाटलिपुत्र विष्वविद्यालय, पटना, आर्यभट्ट ज्ञान विष्वविद्यालय, पटना, चाणक्य राश्ट्रीय विधि विष्वविद्यालय, पटना, चन्द्रगुप्त प्रबंधन संस्थान, पटना के सभी अंगीभूत एवं सम्बद्ध महाविद्यालय (पेषेवर महाविद्यालय सहित) एवं इन विष्वविद्यालयों के स्नातकोत्तर विभाग।

2. कामेश्वर सिंह संस्कृत विष्वविद्यालय, दरभंगा एवं मौलाना मजहरूल हक अरबी फारसी विष्वविद्यालय, पटना, से सम्बद्ध महाविद्यालय।

3. उपरोक्त क्रम संख्या-1 में वर्णित सभी विष्वविद्यालयों और सरकार द्वारा संचालित अन्वेशण संस्थाएँ। 4. ग्रामीण उच्च अध्ययन संस्थान, बिरौल। 5. माध्यमिक षिक्षा बोड से मान्यता प्राप्त सभी विद्यालय। 6. डॉ० राजेन्द्र प्रसाद केन्द्रीय कृशि विष्वविद्यालय, पूसा (समस्तीपुर) तथा बिहार कृशि विष्वविद्यालय, सबौर, भागलपुर के अन्तर्गत स्नातकोत्तर विभाग, महाविद्यालय एवं संस्थान।

7. पशु एवं मत्स्य संसाधन विभाग, बिहार, पटना के अन्तर्गत बिहार पषु विज्ञान विष्वविद्यालय, पटना के अधीन अंगीभूत शैक्षणिक संस्थाएँ।

8. महात्मा गांधी महाविद्यालय, समस्तीपुर, पंचवीर। 9. मंदार विद्यापीठ, बौंसी, जिला बाँका। 10. संस्कृत षिक्षा बोर्ड, बिहार से मान्यता प्राप्त संस्कृत उच्च विद्यालय। 11. बिहार राज्य मदरसा षिक्षा बोर्ड से मान्यता प्राप्त माध्यमिक या उच्च स्तर के सभी मदरसे। 12. (क) विज्ञान एवं प्रावैधिकी विभाग द्वारा संचालित अभियंत्रण महाविद्यालय, पोलिटेकनिक, महिला पोलिटेकनिक संस्थान एवं महिला औद्योगिक विद्यालय।

(ख) श्रम एवं नियोजन विभाग द्वारा संचालित सभी औद्योगिक प्रषिक्षण संस्थान। 13. स्वास्थ्य विभाग के अन्तर्गत बिहार परिचारिका निबंधन परिशद, पटना द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त सभी नर्सिंग विद्यालय/संस्थान एवं महाविद्यालय।

14. प्रसार प्रषिक्षण केन्द्र 15. वर्श 1992 से पूर्व समय-समय पर जारी किए गए बिहार अन्तर्विद्यालय अध्यादेष या बिहार अन्तर्विद्यालय अधिनियम, 1992 के तहत मान्यता प्राप्त सभी अन्तर्विद्यालय जिन्हें राज्य सरकार का पूर्व अनुमोदन प्राप्त हो।

16. माध्यमिक एवं उच्च स्तर के सभी मान्यता प्राप्त सर्वोदय एवं बुनियाद्योत्तर विद्यालय। 17. सरकारी बालिका उच्च विद्यालयों और सरकारी सर्वोदय विद्यालयों सहित माध्यमिक एवं उच्च स्तर के सभी सरकारी विद्यालय।

18. राज्य सरकार से सीधे मान्यता प्राप्त माध्यमिक एवं उच्च स्तर के सभी गैर सरकारी विद्यालय। 19. राज्य में स्थित एवं कार्यरत माध्यमिक एवं उच्च स्तर के सभी केन्द्रीय विद्यालय एवं सभी केन्द्रीय विष्वविद्यालय संस्थान यथा- भारतीय प्रौद्योगिकी संस्थान, राश्ट्रीय प्रौद्योगिकी संस्थान।

20. बिहार निजी विष्वविद्यालय अधिनियम, 2013 के अधीन बिहार राज्य में स्थापित निजी विष्वविद्यालय।

SCHEDULE\ List of Educational Institutions not below the standard than that of a secondary school –

1. Post Graduate Departments, Constituent & Affiliated Colleges (including professional colleges) of Patna University, Tilks Manjhi Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur, Magadh University Bodh Gaya, Vir Kunwar University Darbhanga, Bhupendra Narayan Mandal University, Madhepura, Bhim Rao Ambedkar Bihar University Muzaffarpur and Jaiprakash University, Chapra. Munger University, Munger, Purnia University, Purnia, Patliputra University, Patna, Aryabhatta Knowledge University, Patna, Chanakya Natioanal Law University, Patna, Chandragupta Institute of Management, Patna.

2. Colleges affiliated to the Kameshwar Singh Sanskrit University, Darbhanga and Maulana Mazharul Haque Arabic Farsi University, Patna.

3. Research Institutions managed by the Government and the above eight Universities as mentioned in Sl. No. 1.

4. Rural Institute of Higher Studies Birauli. 5. Schools recognized by the Board of Secondary Education. 6. Post Graduate Departments, Colleges and Institutes under Dr. Rajendra Prasad Central Agricultural University, Pusa, Samastipur and under Bihar Agricultural University, Sabour, Bhagalpur.

7. Constituent Colleges Insititution under Bihar Animal Sciences University, Patna under Animal and Fisheries Resources Department, Bihar.

8. Mahatma Gandhi Mahavidyalya, Samastipur, Panchbit. 9. Mandar Vidyapeeth, Baunsi, District Banka. 10. Sanskrit High Schools recognized by the Board of Sanskrit Education, Bihar. 11. Madarsas of Secondary or Higher Level recognized by Bihar State Madarsas Education Board.

12. (a) Engineering Colleges, Polytechnics, Women Polytechnics Institutions and Women Industrial Schools run by the Department of Science and Technology.

(b) Industrial Training Institutions run by the Department of Labour and Employment.

13. All nursing schools / institutes and colleges recognized by Bihar Nurses Registration Council, Patna under Health Department, Patna, Bihar.

14. Extension Training Centres. 15. Intermediate Colleges recognized by the Bihar Intermediate Education Council either under the Bihar Intermediate Education Ordinances issued from time to time prior to 1992, or under the Bihar Intermediate Education Council Act, 1992, for which prior approval of Government has been accorded.

16. Recognised Sarvodayas and Post Basic Schools of Secondary and Higher Level.

17. All Government Schools of Secondary and Higher Level including Government Girls Schools and Government Sarvodaya Schools.

18. All non-Government Schools of Secondary or Higher Level recognized by the State Government directly.

19. All Central Schools of Secondary or Higher Level, All Central Universities and Institutes such as Indian Institute of Technology, National Institute of Technology situated and functioning in the state.

20. Private University established in the State of Bihar under the Bihar Private Universities Act, 2013.
