बिहार कर्मचारी चयन आयोग अधिनियम, 2002 सं॰ 21/एस॰एस॰सी॰(नियमावली)-07/2017,सा॰प्र॰-15163--बिहार कर्मचारी चयन आयोग अधिनियम, 2002 सं॰ 21/एस॰एस॰सी॰(नियमावली)-07/2017,सा॰प्र॰-15163- (बिहार अधिनियम 7, 2002) की धारा-12 की उपधारा-1 के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार के (बिहार अधिनियम 7, 2002) की धारा-12 की उपधारा-1 के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार के (बिहार अधिनियम 7, 2002) की धारा-12 की उपधारा-1 के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार के -समय पर यथा संशोधित) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन राज्यपाल ''बिहार कर्मचारी चयन आयोग नियमावली, 2003'' (समय-समय पर यथा संशोधित) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन राज्यपाल ''बिहार कर्मचारी चयन आयोग नियमावली, 2003'' (समय करते हैं :- संक्षिप्त नाम, विस्तार और प्रारम्भ-(1) यह नियमावली ''बिहार कर्मचारी चयन आयोग (संशोधन) नियमावली, 2019'' 1. संक्षिप्त नाम, विस्तार और प्रारम्भ-(1) यह नियमावली ''बिहार कर्मचारी चयन आयोग (संशोधन) नियमावली, 2019'' संक्षिप्त नाम, विस्तार और प्रारम्भ-(1) यह नियमावली ''बिहार कर्मचारी चयन आयोग (संशोधन) नियमावली, 2019'' कही जा सकेगी।
इसका विस्तार सम्पूर्ण बिहार राज्य में होगा।
(2) इसका विस्तार सम्पूर्ण बिहार राज्य में होगा। (3) यह राजपत्र में इसके प्रकाशन की तिथि से प्रवृत्त होगी।
प्रकाशन की तिथि से प्रवृत्त होगी।

No. 21/S.S.C.(Rules)-07/2017, GAD-15164--In exercise of the powers conferred by the Sub-Section (1) of Section-12 of the Bihar Staff Selection Commission Act, 2002 (Bihar Act 7, 2002), the Governor of Bihar is pleased to make the following amendment in the Bihar Staff Selection Commission Rules, 2003 (as amended from time to time) :- 1. Short title, extent and commencement:- (1) These rules may be called "Bihar Staff Selection Commission (Amendment) Rules, 2019". (2) It shall extend to the whole of the state of Bihar. (3) It shall come in to force from the date of its publication in the official Gazette. 2. Rule-9(1)(1) of ''Bihar Staff Selection Commission Rules, 2003'' (as amended from time to time) shall be substituted by the following:- ''9(1)(1) - Within the budget allocation, the Commission shall have the full power to purchase computer and other expenditure for office administration except purchase of motor vehicle. Provided that, the Commission shall have the power to departmental purchase, execute contract and to sanction any other expenditure of office administration for conducting examinations. For the contingent expenses the Chairman shall have the power under rule-110(2) of Bihar Financial Rules.''
