पंचायती राज विभाग ——— अधिसूचना 8 नवम्बर 2019 बिहार पंचायत राज अधिनियम, 2006 (बिहार 6प0/स्था0/रा0नि0-06/2010(खंड)/7214/पं0रा0--बिहार पंचायत राज अधिनियम, 2006 (बिहार सं॰ 6प0/स्था0/रा0नि0-06/2010(खंड)/7214/पं0रा0 अधिनियम 6, 2006) की धारा 123 की उप- धारा (1) एवं (2) सहपठित धारा 146 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते अधिनियम 6, 2006) की धारा 123 की उप-धारा (1) एवं (2) सहपठित धारा 146 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार के राज्यपाल बिहार राज्य निर्वाचन आयुक्त (नियुक्ति एवं सेवाशर्त्त) नियमावली, 2008 का संशोधन करने हेतु हुए बिहार के राज्यपाल बिहार राज्य निर्वाचन आयुक्त (नियुक्ति एवं सेवाशर्त्त) नियमावली, 2008 का संशोधन करने हेतु हुए बिहार के राज्यपाल बिहार राज्य निर्वाचन आयुक्त (नियुक्ति एवं सेवाशर्त्त) नियमावली, 2008 का संशोधन करने हेतु एतद्‌द्वारा निम्नलिखित नियमावली बनाते हैंः- एतद्‌द्वारा निम्नलिखित नियमावली बनाते हैंः- क्षप्त नाम, विस्तार एवं प्रारंभ।-(1) यह नियमावली बिहार राज्य निर्वाचन आयुक्त (नियुक्ति एवं सेवाशर्त्त) 1. संक्षिप्त नाम, विस्तार एवं प्रारंभ।-(1) यह नियमावली बिहार राज्य निर्वाचन आयुक्त (नियुक्ति एवं सेवाशर्त्त) क्षप्त नाम, विस्तार एवं प्रारंभ।-(1) यह नियमावली बिहार राज्य निर्वाचन आयुक्त (नियुक्ति एवं सेवाशर्त्त) (संशोधन) नियमावली, 2019 कही जा सकेगी। (संशोधन) नियमावली, 2019 कही जा सकेगी। (2) इसका विस्तार सम्पूर्ण बिहार राज्य में होगा। यह तुरंत प्रवृत होगा। (3) यह तुरंत प्रवृत होगा। 2. उक्त नियमावली, 2008 के नियम 8 में संशो बाद में निम्नलिखित वाक्य जोड़ा जायेगाः- बाद में निम्नलिखित वाक्य जोड़ा जायेगाः-
