लए निम्नलिखित नियमावली बनाते हैं :-
संक्षिप्त नाम, विस्तार एवं प्रारम्भ ।- (1) यह नियमावली ''बिहार फार्मासिस्ट संवर्ग (द्वितीय संशोधन) नियमावली (1) यह नियमावली ''बिहार फार्मासिस्ट संवर्ग (द्वितीय संशोधन) नियमावली इसका विस्तार सम्पूर्ण बिहार राज्य में होगा । यह राजपत्र में इसके प्रकाशन की तिथि से प्रवृत होगी ।
संवर्ग नियमावली, 2014 के नियम-2(iii) का प्रतिस्थापन।-
प्रतिस्थापन।-उक्त नियमावली के ) को निम्नलिखित द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगाः-

स्वास्थ्य विभाग ——— अधिसूचना 24 जुलाई 2019 भारत संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों 4/फार्मा-14-01/2014-1043(4)--भारत संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार राज्यपाल ''बिहार फार्मासिस्ट संवर्ग नियमावली, 2014'' (समय-समय यथा संशोधित) का का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार राज्यपाल ''बिहार फार्मासिस्ट संवर्ग नियमावली, 2014'' (समय-समय यथा संशोधित) का का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार राज्यपाल ''बिहार फार्मासिस्ट संवर्ग नियमावली, 2014'' (समय-समय यथा संशोधित) का संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियमावली बनाते 1. संक्षिप्त नाम, विस्तार एवं प्रारम्भ ।- 2019'' कही जा सकेगी । (2) इसका विस्तार सम्पूर्ण बिहार राज्य में होगा । (3) यह राजपत्र में इसके प्रकाशन की तिथि से प्रवृत होगी । 2. बिहार फार्मासिस्ट संवर्ग नियमावली, 2014 के नियम-2( नियम 2(iii) को निम्नलिखित द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगाः- ''(iii) 'आयोग से अभिप्रेत है, बिहार तकनीकी सेवा आयोग,'' 3. बिहार फार्मासिस्ट संवर्ग नियमावली, 2014 के नियम-7 के उपनियम (2) एवं (3) नियमावली के नियम-7 का उपनियम(2) एवं (3) निम्नलिखित द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएगे :- नियमावली के नियम-7 का उपनियम(2) एवं (3) निम्नलिखित द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएगे :-
(2) आयोग, विभाग द्वारा भेजे गए अधियाचना के आलोक में चयन के लिए, रिक्तियों को विज्ञापित कर (2) आयोग, विभाग द्वारा भेजे गए अधियाचना के आलोक में चयन के लिए, रिक्तियों को विज्ञापित कर (2) आयोग, विभाग द्वारा भेजे गए अधियाचना के आलोक में चयन के लिए, रिक्तियों को विज्ञापित कर (क) इन्टरमीडियेट/102 में प्राप्तांक के लिए (अधिकतम) 30

सं॰ 4/फार्मा-14-01/2014-1043(4), दिनांक 24 जुलाई 2019 का निम्नलिखित अँग्रेजी अनुवाद, बिहार राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से, एतदद्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है जो भारत-संविधान के अनुच्छेद-348 क खंड (3) के अधीन अँग्रेजी भाषा में उक्त अधिसूचना का प्राधि—त पाठ समझा जायेगा।

No. 4/फार्मा-14-01/2014-1043(4)--In exercise of the powers conferred by proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Bihar is Pleased to make the following Rules to amend the "Bihar Pharmacist Cadre Rules, 2014 (as amended from time to time):- 1. Short title, extent and commencement.-(1) These Rules may be called as the "Bihar Pharmacist Cadre(Second Amendment) Rules, 2019." (2) It shall extend to the whole state of Bihar. (3) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the official gazette. 2. Substitution of rule-2 (iii) of the "Bihar Pharmacist Cadre Rules, 2014.- Clause (iii) Rule 2 of the said Rules shall be substituted by the following:- "(iii) 'Commission' means the Bihar Technical Service Commission;" 3. Substitution subrule(2) and (3) of rule-7 of the Bihar Pharmacist Cadre Rules, 2014.-subrule(2) and (3) of Rule -7 of the said Rules shall be substituted by the following:- "(2) For the selection, in light of requisition sent by the Department, the Commission, shall invite applications by advertising vacancies and shall prepare merit list on the following basis:- For selection, Total marks shall be 100 (one hundred) as follows: (a) For the marks obtained in Intermediate/+2 (Maximum) - 30 Marks (b) For marks obtained in Diploma in Pharmacy course examination(Maximum) - 25 Marks
(B. Pharm-10 marks and M. Pharm-10 Marks) (c) For higher degree (B.Pharm/M. Pharm) - 20 Marks (B. Pharm-10 marks and M. Pharm-10 Marks) (d) For Working experience in Government Hospitals of Bihar State-(5 marks per year, Maximum 25 Marks) - 25 Marks Total 100 marks Note:The marks to be given to a candidate for marks obtained in Intermediate/10+2 and Diploma in Pharmacist course examinations shall be determined by multiplying percentage of total marks obtained in the aforesaid examinations by the mltipleof 0.3 or 0.25 respectively. For example, if a candidate has obtained 50% marks in Intermediate/10+2 and 50% marks in Diploma in Pharmacy course, then he will be given 50x0.3=15 or 50x 0.25= 12.5 marks respectively.
