अधिसूचना संख्या-6175, दिनांक 27 दिसम्बर 2010 के द्वारा प्रकाशित किया प्रकाशन की तिथि से तीस दिनों के अन्दर आपत्तियां एवं सुझाव समर्पित
परि0-9375--मोटरयान अधिनियम, 1988 (अधिनियम संख्या-59, 1988) की धारा अधिनियम, 1988 (अधिनियम संख्या-59, 1988) की धारा नियमावली, 1992 (समय-समय पर यथा संशोधित) के करते हुए बिहार मोटर गाड़ी नियमावली, 1992 (समय-समय पर यथा उक्त अधिनियम की धारा-212 के अधीन यथा अपेक्षित सामान्य जानकारी के लिए सामान्य जानकारी के लिए किया गया था तथा इस करने हेतु सूचना दी सं॰ 06/प्रदू0-168/2018, 211 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते नियम 163 में संशोधन करने हेतु उक्त संशोधन का प्रारूप अधिसूचना संख्या-6175, संशोधन के विरूद्ध उसके प्रकाशन की तिथि गयी थी।
अवधि के अन्दर कोई भी आपत्ति या सुझाव सरकार को प्राप्त नहीं हुए।

उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 211 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते
करते हुए बिहार मोटर गाड़ी नियमावली, 1992 के नियम 163 में
2- उपर्युक्त निर्धारित अवधि के अन्दर 3- अतः बिहार के राज्यपाल उक्त नियमावली, 1992 के नियम 163 में संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नांकित नियम बनाते हैंः-
1- संक्षिप्त नाम, विस्तार एवं प्रारम्भ-(1) यह नियमावली
नाम, विस्तार एवं प्रारम्भ-(1) यह नियमावली बिहार मोटर गाड़ी (संशोधन) नियमावली, 2019 कही
गाड़ी (संशोधन) नियमावली, 2019 कही जा सकेगी।
विस्तार सम्पूर्ण बिहार राज्य में होगा।
(2) इसका विस्तार (3) यह तुरंत प्रवृा
प्रवृा होगी।
2- उक्त नियमावली, 1992 के नियम 163 च
नियमावली, 1992 के नियम 163 च (3) एवं 163 छ (4) में प्रयुक्त शब्द ''राज्य परिवहन
प्रयुक्त शब्द ''राज्य परिवहन आयुक्त'' शब्द ''जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी'' द्वारा
पदाधिकारी'' द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगें। 3- उक्त नियमावली, 1992 के नियम 163 छ-(4) (ड़) में

द्वारा विलोपित किए जाते हैं। 2 ॢबह(cid:4)र गजट (cid:10)[स(cid:4)ध(cid:4)रण(cid:15)(cid:16) 20202020 fnlEcj fnlEcj fnlEcj fnlEcj 2019201920192019 The 20th December 2019 No. 06/Pollution-168/2018, Pari-9375-- In exercise of powers conferred by section 211 of the Motor Vehicles Act. 1988 (Act 59, 1988) to make amendment in Rule 163 of the Bihar Motor Vehicles Rule, 1992, (as amended time to time) the draft amendment, was published vide notification no. 6175 dated -27th December 2010 for inviting objections and suggestions within thirty days of its publication under section 212 of the said Act.
2. No objections of suggestions have been received within the above prescribed period from the public.
3. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 211 of the said Act, the governor of Bihar is pleased to make following rules to amend the Rule 163 of the Bihar Motor Vehicles, 1992 :-
1. Short title, extent and commencement. (1) These Rules may be called the Bihar Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Rules, 2019.
(2) It Shall extend to the whole of the State of Bihar. (3) It shall come into force at once.
2. The words "State Transport Commissioner, Bihar" used in Rules 163 F (3) and 163 G (4) of the said Rules, 1992 shall be substituted by the words "District Transport Officer"
3. The words "State Transport Commissioner Bihar" used in Rules 163 G-4 (e) of the said Rules, 1992 shall be substituted by the words "concerned District Transport Officer"
4. The words "Secretary, Department of Transport" used in Rule-163G-(1) of the said rules, 1992 shall be substituted by the words "State Transport Commissioner"
5. The words "Bihar, Patna" mentioned after the words "Licence Authority" in forms LTSA and LTSR of the said Rules, 1992 and hereby omitted.
