, 2017 (2017 का , दिनांक 17 मार्च 2020--बिहार माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 (2017 (cid:366)द(cid:517) शक्तियों का (cid:366)योग करते (cid:352)ए, प(cid:303)रषद् की सिफा(cid:303)रशों कर नियमावली 2017 का और संशोधन करने के लिए
सिफा(cid:303)रशों पर, बिहार निम्नलिखित नियम 12) की धारा 164 (cid:554)ारा (cid:366)द(cid:517) राज्यपाल, बिहार माल और सेवा बनाते ह(cid:339), अथा(cid:330)त्:--
1. (1) इन नियमों का सं(िcid:407)(cid:593)
सं(िcid:407)(cid:593) नाम बिहार माल और सेवा कर (दू सरा संशोधन
संशोधन) नियमावली 2020 है।
(2) इन नियमों म(cid:336) अ(cid:586)था
अ(cid:586)था उपबधित के सिवाय, ये उनके राजप(cid:361) म(cid:336) (cid:366)काशन
(cid:366)काशन की तारीख को (2) के (cid:830)थान पर 2. बिहार माल और सेवा कर निम्नलिखित उप नियम 1 माच(cid:330), 2020
कर नियमावली, 2017 के नियम 31क के उपनियम 2020 से रखा जाएगा, अथा(cid:330)त्:--
''(2) लाटरी के (cid:366)दाय का मू(cid:670)
मू(cid:670), टिकट के अंकित मू(cid:670) का या आयोजनकता(cid:330) रा(cid:475)
रा(cid:475) (cid:554)ारा राजप(cid:361) म(cid:336)
128, इनम(cid:336) से जो भी उ(cid:452)तर हो समझा जाएगा। नियम के (cid:366)योजनों के लिए ''आयोजनकता(cid:330) रा(cid:475)'' पद
पद का वही अथ(cid:330) यथा अधिसूचित मू(cid:670) का 100/12 स्पष्टीकरण – इस उप नियम होगा जो लाटरी (विनियमन) नियम
नियम, 2010, के नियम 2 के उपनियम (1) के खंड़
खंड़ (च) म(cid:336) उसका है।''

से, बिहार गजट (असाधारण), 17 मार्च 2020 2 17 ekpZ 2020 एस॰ओ॰ 90, दिनांक 17 मार्च 2020 का अंगे्रजी में निम्नलिखित अनुवाद बिहार-राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से इसके द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है जो भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड (3) के अधीन अंगे्रजी भाषा में उसका प्राधिकृत पाठ समझा जाय।

The 17th March 2020
S.O. 90 dated the 17th March 2020--In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Bihar Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), the Governor of Bihar, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Bihar Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, namely:-
1. (1) These rules may be called the Bihar Goods and Services Tax (Second Amendment) Rules, 2020.
(2) Save as otherwise provided in these rules, they shall come into force on the date of their publication in the official gazette.
2. In the Bihar Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, with effect from the 1st March, 2020,in rule 31A, for sub-rule (2), the following sub-rule shall be substituted, namely:-
"(2) The value of supply of lottery shall be deemed to be 100/128 of the face value of ticket or of the price as notified in the Official Gazette by the Organising State, whichever is higher.
Explanation:– For the purposes of this sub-rule, the expression "Organising State" has the same meaning as assigned to it in clause (f) of sub-rule (1) of rule 2 of the Lotteries (Regulation) Rules, 2010.".
