सं॰-एम-4-सं॰-एम-4-सं॰-एम-4-सं॰-एम-4-04040404/20/20/20/2020202020----2190219021902190/वि॰/वि॰/वि॰/वि॰—भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 283(2) के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार के राज्यपाल बिहार वित्त नियमावली, 1950 (समय-समय पर यथा संशोधित) का संशोधन करने हेतु निम्नलिखित नियमावली बनाते हैं :-
1111.... संक्षिप्त नाम, विस्तार और संक्षिप्त नाम, विस्तार और संक्षिप्त नाम, विस्तार और संक्षिप्त नाम, विस्तार और प्राप्राप्राप्रारंरंरंरंभभभभ ।।।।—(1) यह नियमावली बिहार वित्त (संशोधन) नियमावली, 2020 कही जा सकेगी । 2 ॢबह(cid:4)र गजट (cid:10)[स(cid:4)ध(cid:4)रण(cid:15)(cid:16) 24 माच(cid:9) 2020

No.-M-4-04/2020-2189/F.—In exercise of the powers conferred under Article 283(2) of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Bihar is pleased to make the following Rules to amend the Bihar Financial Rules, 1950 (as amended from time to time):-
1. Short title, extent and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called The Bihar Financial (Amendment) Rules, 2020.
(2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Bihar. (3) It shall come into force at once.
2. The following proviso shall be added below subrule (ii) of the Rule-131(L) of
the Bihar Finanacial Rules, 1950:-
" Provided that, for the purpose of emergency procurement with regard to
the COVID-19 pandemic, the competent authority shall be the secretary
incharge, Health Department who shall also decide which goods/equipment
shall be included in the emergency procurement."
