एस0 ओ0 97 दिनांक 30 मार्च 2020—बिहार माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 (2017 का 12) की धारा 9 की उप-धारा (1), (3) और उप-धारा (4) ,धारा 11 की उप-धारा (1), धारा 15 की उप-धारा (5) और धारा 148 के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, बिहार राज्यपाल, इस बात से संतुष्ट होते हुये कि ऐसा करना जनहित में आवश्यक है और जी एस टी परिषद की सिफारिशों के आधार पर, एतद्द्वारा, वाणिज्य-कर विभाग की अधिसूचना सं. 11/2017- राज्य कर (दर), दिनांक 29 जून, 2017 जिसे बिहार राजपत्र, असाधारण अंक में, संख्या 554 दिनांक 29 जून, 2017 द्वारा प्रकाशित किया गया था, में और आगे भी निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते हैं, यथाः-

एस0 ओ0 97, दिनांक 30 मार्च 2020 का अंग्रेज़ी में निम्नलिखित अनुवाद बिहार-राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से इसके द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है जो भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 खण्ड (3) के अधीन अंग्रेज़ी भाषा में उसका प्राधिकृत पाठ समझा जाय।

Notification No. 02/2020- State Tax (Rate)
S.O. 97, Dated 30th March 2020—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1), (3) and sub-section (4) of section 9, sub-section (1) of section 11, sub-section (5) of section 15 and section 148 of the Bihar Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), the Governor of Bihar, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Commercial Taxes Department notification No. 11/2017-State Tax (Rate), dated the 29th June, 2017, published in the Bihar Gazette, Extraordinary, vide number 554, dated the 29th June, 2017, namely:-
In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 25, (a) after item (i) and entries relating thereto, in columns (3), (4) and (5), the
