संंसंंसंंसंं॰॰॰॰ वि0(27) पे0को0-49/2019-295/वि0/वि0/वि0/वि0—भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद-309 के परंतुक के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार के राज्यपाल एतद् द्वारा बिहार पेंशन नियमावली, 1950 में संशोधन करने हेतु निम्नलिखित नियमावली बनाते हैंः-
1. संक्षिप्त नाम, विस्तार एवं आरंभ ।-(1) यह नियमावली बिहार पेंशन (संशोधन) नियमावली, 2020 कही जा सकेगी। (2) इसका विस्तार सम्पूर्ण बिहार राज्य में होगा। (3) यह तुरंत प्रवृत होगी ।
2. बिहार पेंशन नियमावली, 1950 के नियम-43 एवं 139 में अंकित शब्दावली 'राज्य सरकार' को 'सेवानिवृत्ति के समय धारित पद के नियुक्ति प्राधिकार' द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित किया जाता है ।

No-F(27) Pen. Cell-49/2019-295/F—In exercise of the powers conferred under the Proviso of Article-309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Bihar is hereby pleased to make the following Rules to amend the Bihar Pension Rules, 1950 :-
1. Short title, extent and commencement.— (1)These Rules may be called The Bihar ॢबह(cid:4)र गजट (cid:10)[स(cid:4)ध(cid:4)रण(cid:15)(cid:16) 15 मई 2020 2 2. The term "State Government" as used in Rule- 43 and 139 of the Bihar Pension Rules,1950 shall be substituted by "Appointment authority of the post held at the time of retirement."
