सं॰ 02/टैक्स (टैक्टर-ट्रेलर सर्वक्षमा)-42/2012-4346/परि0—बिहार सरकार, परिवहन विभाग द्वारा कर-प्रमादी निबंधित व्यावसायिक/मालवाहक वाहन तथा निबंधित एवं अनिबंधित —षि/व्यावसायिक कार्य में प्रयुक्त ट्रैक्टर-ट्रेलर के वाहन स्वामियों को 90 दिनों हेतु सर्वक्षमा (Amnesty) दिये जाने हेतु अधिसूचना संख्या-8373, दिनांक-15.11.2019 निर्गत है, जो दिनांक- 12.02.2020 तक प्रभावी था, में अनिबंधित व्यावसायिक एवं मालवाहक वाहन, जिसमें ऑटो, बैट्री चालित वाहन (ई-रिक्शा एवं ई-कार्ट ईत्यादि) भी सम्मिलित है, को सम्मिलित करते हुए पूर्व निर्धारित शर्तों के अनुरुप इस अधिसूचना के बिहार गजट के प्रकाशन की तिथि से दिनांक-30.09.2020 तक विस्तारित किया जाता है।

2. अनिबंधित व्यावसायिक एवं मालवाहक वाहन (बैट्री चालित यानों को छोड़कर) के निबंधन के संबंध में माननीय सर्वोच्च न्यायालय में दायर W.P (C) No.-13029/1985, M.C. Mehta V/s Union of India में दिनांक-24.10.2018 को पारित न्यायादेश के आलोक में सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार के पत्रांक-RT-11036/16/2018-MVL, दिनांक-06.03.2020 द्वारा निर्गत निदेश यथास्थिति लागू होंगे एवं अनुपालित किये जायेंगे।3. इस योजना का लाभ बिहार गजट में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तिथि तक कर प्रमादी वाहनों पर ही लागू होगा। 4. यह अधिसूचना बिहार गजट में इसके प्रकाशन की तिथि से प्रभावी होगा। fcgkj&jkTiky ds vkns'k ls] lat; dqekj vxzoky] ljdkj ds lfpoA 2 ॢबह(cid:4)र गजट (cid:10)[स(cid:4)ध(cid:4)रण(cid:15)(cid:16) 1 जून 2020 The 1st June 2020 No.02/Tax(Tractor-trailer amnesty)-42/2012-4346—Notification No.-8373, dated-15-11- 2019 which is issued by the Transport Department, Government of Bihar for providing amnesty to tax defaulter registered commercial/Goods vehicle and registered and unregistered Tractor/Trailor used in Agricultural/Commercial purposes, was effective upto 12.02.2020. The same is hereby extended from the date of publication of this notification in the Bihar Gazette till date 30-09-2020 subject to the conditions determined earlier, including unregistered commercial and goods carriage vehicles, in which Auto, Battery operated vehicle (e-rickshaw and e- cart etc) are included. 2. Order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court dated-24-10-2018 passed in the matter of W.P (C) No- 13029 of 1985, M.C. Mehta V/s Union of India and directions of the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways, Government of India through its letter No.-RT-11036/16/2018-MVL, Dated-06-03-2020 shall be complied with respect to the registration of unregistered commercial and goods vehicles (excluding battery operated vehicle). 3. Only those vehicles would avail its benefit which would be Tax defaulter till the date of publication of this notification in the Bihar Gazette. 4.
