एस0ओ0 168, दिनांक 21 सितम्बर 2020—बिहार कराधान विवादों का समाधान (द्वितीय) नियमावली, 2020 के नियम 1 के उपनियम (3) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राज्य कर आयुक्त, 21 सितम्बर, 2020 को उस तारीख के रूप में नियत करते हैं, जिसको बिहार कराधान विवादों का समाधान (द्वितीय) नियमावली, 2020 के उपबंध लागू होंगे।

The 21st September 2020

S.O. 168, dated 21st September 2020– In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (3) of Rule 1 of the Bihar Settlement of Taxation Disputes (Second) Rules, 2020, the Commissioner of State Tax hereby appoints the 21st day of September, 2020, as the date on which the provisions of the Bihar Settlement of Taxation Disputes (Second) Rules, 2020, shall come into force.
