सं॰ 7/स्था0-1-3-01/2010-144/सा0प्र0—भारत संविधान के अनुच्छेद-309 के परन्तुक के साथ पठित अनुच्छेद-233 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार के राज्यपाल, बिहार उच्च न्याय सेवा नियमावली, 1951 (समय-समय पर यथा संशोधित) में संशोधन करने हेतु माननीय पटना उच्च न्यायालय, पटना की अनुशंसा पर निम्नलिखित नियमावली बनाते हैः-

1. संक्षिप्त नाम, विस्तार एवं प्रारंभ।- (1) यह नियमावली बिहार उच्च न्याय सेवा (संशोधन) नियमावली, 2019 कही जायेगी।

(2) इसका विस्तार सम्पूर्ण बिहार राज्य में होगा। (3) यह तुरंत के प्रभाव से प्रवृत्त होगी।2. बिहार उच्च न्याय सेवा नियमावली, 1951 के परिशिष्ट-'ग' का खंड 12 निम्न प्रकार प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगाः- ''वही अभ्यर्थी नियुक्ति का पात्र होगा, जिसने लिखित परीक्षा के प्रत्येक विषय में न्यूनतम 45% अंक, मौखिक परीक्षा/साक्षात्कार में 30% अंक तथा लिखित परीक्षा (सैद्धांतिक पत्र) एवं साक्षात्कार में कुल 50% अंक प्राप्त किये हों।'' बिहार के राज्यपाल के आदेश से, शिवमहादेव प्रसाद, सरकार के अवर सचिव। 2 ॢबह(cid:4)र गजट (cid:10)[स(cid:4)ध(cid:4)रण(cid:15)(cid:16) 5 [Çत३बर 2(cid:22)2(cid:22)

No-7/Ashta-1-3-01/2010-144/GAD—In exercise of the powers conferred by Article- 233 of the Constitution of India, read with the proviso to Article-309, the Governor of Bihar is pleased to make the following amendment in the Bihar Superior Judicial Service Rules- 1951 (as amended time to time) on the recommendations of Hon'ble Patna High Court, Patna :-

1. Short title, extent and commencement.—(1) These rules shall be called the Bihar Superior Judicial Service (Amendment) Rules, 2019.

(2) It shall be extended to the whole of the State of Bihar. (3) It shall come into force with immediate effect.

2. The clause 12 of the appedix-C of Bihar Superior Judicial Service Rules, 1951

shall be substituted as hereunder:-

"A candidate will qualify for appointment if the candidate secures at

least 45% marks in each theory paper, 30% marks in viva-voce/interview and

50% marks in aggregate in written test (theory papers) and viva-voce taken

together."
