सं॰ 8/ब.2-10-32/2019-1179/गृ0आ0—बिहार पुलिस अधिनियम, 2007 (अधिनियम-7, 2007) की धारा 55 सह-पठित धारा 94 के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार के राज्यपाल बिहार पुलिस हस्तक, 1978 के नियम-663 के अन्तर्गत परिशिष्ट-103 के कंडिका-1(छ) के पूर्व से विद्यमान प्रावधानों को राजपत्र में अधिसूचना निर्गत होने की तिथि के प्रभाव से निम्नलिखित द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित करते हैं :-

सं0-8/ब.2-10-32/2019-1180/गृ0आ0/एतद् द्वारा गृह विभाग (आरक्षी शाखा) की अधिसूचना सं0-1179, दिनांक ૮ મ્jંjત્ર્ ૨૦૨૧ का निम्नलिखित अंग्रेजी अनुवाद बिहार राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से प्रकाशित किया जाता है, जिसे भारत-संविधान के अनुच्छेछ-348 के खण्ड-(3) के अन्तर्गत अंग्रेजी भाषा में उक्त अधिसूचना का प्राधिकृत पाठ समझा जायेगा।

No. 8/B-.2-10-32/2019-1179/H.P—In exercise of the powers conferred under section 55read with section 94 of the Bihar Police Act, 2007(Act 7 of 2007), the Governor of Bihar is pleased to substitute the pre-existing Para 1(g) of Appendix-103 under rule 663 of The Bihar Police Manual, 1978 by the following, with effect from the date of issue of the notification in official Gazette:-
1(g). After collection of application forms, scrutiny of application forms will be made and written examinations will be conducted for those candidates whose application forms are found in order. Standard of written examination will be of Matric (10th) of Bihar School Examination Board or equivalent level. In written examination, question paper will have objective type question form 1. Hindi, 2. English, 3. Math, 4. Social Science (History, Geography, Civics, Economics), 5. Science (Physics, Chemistry, Zoology, Botany), 6. General Knowledge and Current affairs. Written Examination will be of 100 marks. The question paper of two hours duration, will have total 100 questions, in which 01 marks will be given for each correct answer. Answer-book will be in duplicate, out of which one copy will be preserved with the selection board as invisible carbon copy for one year after the final selection list is published. In case of a court case, the relevant answer sheet will be preserved by the board till execution of the suit.
