सं॰ 02/कर/शुल्क-03/2021/परि0/2427242724272427-केन्द्रीय मोटरवाहन नियमावली, 1989 के नियम-81 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए उक्त नियमावली के नियम-81 के सारणी की क्रम संख्या-11 के कॉलम-3 में अंकित टिप्पण के आलोक में परिवहन वाहनों हेतु फिटनैस प्रमाण-पत्र के वैधता की समाप्ति के पश्चात् लगने वाले 50 रुपये प्रतिदिन के अतिरिक्त फीस को इस अधिसूचना के प्रभावी होने की तिथि से 30.09.2021 तक के लिए बिहार राज्य में घटाकर निम्न सारणी के अनुसार निर्धारित किया जाता है :-

| 4 | भारी व्यावसायिक परिवहन वाहन/अन्य वाहन | 30 रु0 प्रति दिन |

No. -02 / Tax / Fee-03/2021, Pari.- 2427-In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso of Rule-81 of Central Motor Vehicle Rule, 1989 additional fee of 50 rupees payable per day after the expiry of the Fitness Certificate of transport vehicles, in light of the note specified in column-3 of serial no.11 of the table of rule-81 of the said regulation, is hereby reduced according to the table given below up to the date 30.09.2021 from the date of the enforcement of this notification.

2. Benifit of the above could be availed only by the vehicles which are defaulter of the fitness up to the date-30.09.2021
3. This notification will come into effect after 5 working days from the date of its publication in Bihar Gazette and will remain effective till date-30.09.2021.
