———— अधिसूचनाअधिसूचनाअधिसूचनाअधिसूचना 22222222 अप्रीलअप्रीलअप्रीलअप्रील 2021202120212021 सं॰ 02/ई0-परिवहन-06/2018 परि0—2222673673673673-बिहार मोटरगाड़ी (संशोधन) नियमावली, 1992 के नियम-64 के उपनियम-14(ख) द्वारा प्रदा शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए उपरोक्त नियम के उपनियम-(4) को निम्नरुप से प्रतिस्थापित कियाजायेगा :- 4(क) उपर्युक्त अधिमान निबंधन संख्या का आवंटन पारदर्शी तरीके से ऑनलाईन निलामी (ई0 निलामी) के माध्यम से की जायेगी एवं इसके लिए कोई प्रोत्साहन राशि देय नहीं होगी। 4(ख) (i) विभाग द्वारा अधिसूचित मनपसंद निबंधन संख्या वाहन विक्रेता द्वारा वाहन क्रेता को नये वाहनों हेतु लेने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करने एवं मनपसन्द निबंधन संख्याओं की बिक्री कराये जाने पर वाहन बिक्रेताओं को प्रत्येक ग्रुप के लिए निम्नलिखित दर एवं शर्त्त पर विभाग द्वारा अलग से प्रोत्साहन राशि (Incentive) दिया जायेगा :-

2222.... यह अधिसूचना बिहार गजट में इसके प्रकाशन की तिथि से 05 कार्य दिवस के पश्चात् प्रभावी होगा।

Dated 22nd April 2021 No. -02 / E-Parivahan-06/2018/Pari 2673- In exercise of the powers conferred by the sub rule-14(b) of rule-64 of Bihar Motor Vehicle (Amendment) Rule 1992, the sub rule-(4) of the said rule shall be replaced by the following :- 4(a) Allotment of the above fancy registration numbers shall be made through online bid (e- bid) in a transparent manner and no incentive amount shall be paid for it. 4(b)(i) Separate incentive amount shall be given to the dealer by the department for encouraging the buyers for having choice registration number notified by the department and on sell of every category of choice registration number on following rate and conditions-

Note : Separate incentive shall be given if more choice registration number is sold/alloted than minimum limit as prescribed above. (ii) Above specified incentive could be enlarge, amend, change and transform by the department and could be withdrawn by the department partially/totally. (iii) The process of the imparting incentive could be notified by the Transport Department. 2. This notification shall come into force after five working days from the date of its publication in Bihar Gazette.
