सं0 सं0का0-01/वि0मं0(सदस्यों का वेतन एवं भत्ते) 05-06/2017-909—संसदीय कार्य विभाग, बिहार, पटना की अधिसूचना संख्या-74 दिनांक 16.01.2013 का निम्नलिखित अंग्रेजी अनुवाद, बिहार राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से एतद्‌ द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है जो भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खंड (3) के अधीन उक्त नियमावली का अंग्रेजी भाषा में प्राधिकृत पाठ समझा जायेगा।

बिहार-राज्यपाल के आदेश से, गुलाम मुस्तफा अंसारी, विशेष कार्य पदाधिकारी। PARLIAMENTARY AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT ——— NOTIFICATION The 16th January, 2013 No. P.A.-1/V.M.(Salary & Allowances of Members)-05-02/2011(part)-74—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Bihar Legislature (Salary, Allowances and Pension of Members) Act, 2006 (Act No. 16, 2006), the Governor of Bihar makes the following amendments in Bihar Legislature (Pay, Allowances and Pension of Members) Rules, 2006:-

(Amendment) Rules, 2013

1. Short title and commencement.—

(1) These rules may be called the Bihar Legislature (Pay, Allowances and Pension of Members) (Amendment) Rules, 2013. (2) They shall come into force from the date of issue of notification. 2 ;बपकरू5द्ध ;बपकरू10द्धख्;बपकरू5द्ध;बपकरू5द्ध;बपकरू15द्ध;बपकरू16द्ध

2. Amendment in Rule 11 of the said Rules, 2006- Rule 11 shall be substituted by the following:- "11. Facility of Residence to Members-

Every member shall be provided residence in Patna on payment of house rent from the date of being notified by the Election Commission of India or from the date of commencement of his/her tenure under such concessional rate and other conditions as the Building Construction and Housing Department of the State Government with the consent of the Speaker of the Bihar Legislature Assembly and the Chairman of the Bihar Legislature Council, as the case may be, determine and prescribe from time to time by Rules. (3) In case the residence is not provided to every member of the Bihar Legislature, House Rent Allowance at the rate of Rs. 22,250/- (twenty two thousand two hundred fifty) and Rs. 6,000/- (Six thousand) per month for electricity, water supply, sanitation and cleaning etc. shall be admissible to them. In case payment is made every month for facilities like electricity, water supply, sanitation and cleaning in addition to the House Rent Allowance, no amount shall be paid for payment of electricity and water bill under Rule 15.
