िनवा(cid:170)चन सदन, अशोक रोड, नई िद(cid:208)ली – 110001/ िदनांक 4 जून 2022 (cid:186)ये(cid:311) 14, 1944 (शक)
सं. 322/बिहार-वि.प/2022 (एम.एल.ए) (2)- लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम् 1951 (1951 का 43) की धारा 21 के अनुसरण में और लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 43) की धारा 22 की उप धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत निर्वाचन आयोग दिनांक 02.06.2022 की अपनी अधिसूचना सं.-322/बिहार-वि.प/2022(एम.एल.ए) (2) में एतद्द्वारा निम्नलिखित संषोधन करता है, नामतः,
1. सारणी के स्तम्भ (1) के सामने विद्यमान प्रविश्टि के स्थान पर "श्री पवन कुमार पाण्डेय, संयुक्त सचिव, बिहार विधान सभा, पटना" प्रविश्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जायेगी।
2. सारणी के स्तम्भ (2) के सामने विद्यमान प्रविश्टि के स्थान पर "श्री अनिल कुमार जायसवाल, उप सचिव, बिहार विधान सभा, पटना" प्रविश्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जायेगी।

No.322/BR-LC/2022 (MLAs) (2)—In pursuance of Section 21, and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 22 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission of India hereby, makes the following amendments in its Notification No. 322/BR-LC/2022 (MLAs) (2), dated 02nd June, 2022, namely,
1. for the existing entry in column 1. of the Table appended thereto, the entry "Sh. Pawan Kumar Pandey, Joint Secretary, Bihar Legislative Assembly, Patna", shall be substituted.
2. for the existing entry in column 2. of the table appended thereto, the entry "Sh. Anil Kumar Jaiswal, Deputy Secretary, Bihar Legislative Assembly, Patna", shall be substituted.
