सं॰ 9/लि0सं0-10-01/2018 गृ0आ0 4681—भारत संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार राज्यपाल बिहार पुलिस के क्षेत्रीय लिपिकीय संवर्ग (भर्त्ती एवं सेवा शर्तों) नियमावली, 2019 में संशोधन करने हेतु निम्नलिखित नियमावली बनाते हैं :-
1. संक्षिप्त नाम, विस्तार एवं प्रारम्भ।- (i) यह नियमावली 'बिहार पुलिस क्षेत्रीय लिपिकीय संवर्ग (भर्त्ती एवं 2 ;बपकरू464द्ध ;द्ध 13 2022 परन्तु सेवाकाल में मृत सरकारी सेवकों के आश्रितों की नियुक्ति के उपरांत, प्रत्येक कैलेण्डर वर्ष की शेष रिक्तियों के लिए अधियाचाना आयोग को पूर्ववर्त्ती कैलेण्डर वर्ष के दिसम्बर माह तक भेजी जायेगी। बिहार-राज्यपाल के आदेश से, के0 सेंथिल कुमार, सरकार के सचिव।

No-9/ClericalCadre-10-01/2018 H.P 4681—In exercise of the powers conferred by proviso to Article-309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Bihar is hereby pleased to make the following Rules to amend the Bihar Police Regional Clerical Cadre (Requirement and conditions of service) Rules, 2019 :- 1- Short title, extent and commencement. -
(i) These Rules may be called as the Bihar Police Regional Clerical Cadre (Requirement and conditions of service) Amendment Rules, 2022
(ii) It Shall extend to whole of the State of Bihar. (iii) It amendment Shall come into force from 15-07-2021.
2- Sub-rule-'a' and sub-rule-'b' of rule-5 of Bihar Police Regional Clerical Cadre (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2019 Shall be Substituted by the following:- a) 85 percent of the posts of lower Division clerks will be filled by direct recruitment and 15 percent posts will be filled by promotion on the basis of State level Seniority-cum-merit from eligible office Attendants/Attendants (Specialized) personnel of regional offices of police organization having intermediate qualification.
b) Direct recruitments will be made on the recommendation of the commission in the category of lower divisional clerks. The dependents of such Government servants who have died during their service, may be considered for appointment on compassionate grounds against the vacant posts available for direct recruitment, fulfilling the requisite criteria, for which the recommendation of the Commission will not be required.
Provided that after the appointment of dependents of Government servants who died in service, requisition for the remaining vacancies of each calendar year shall be sent to the Commission by the month of December of the preceding calendar year.
