fcgત્ત્j&jત્ત્વ્;જ્ઞ્ત્ત્ક્ક ફૂs રુત્ત્ns'ત્ત્ શ્રs] :nદ્ય જ્ઞ્દ્યફૂત્ત્'ત્ત્ feથ્] 2 ;बपकरू464द्ध ;द्ध 27 2022 The 27th May 2022 S.O. 90 dated the 27th May 2022--In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8(1) of the Banning of Unregulated Deposit Schemes Act, 2019,the Government of Bihar, in consultation with the High Court of Judicature at Patna,hereby constitutes the Court of District and Sessions Judge of each judgeship as a designated Court for the trial of cases under the Banning of Unregulated Deposit Schemes Act, 2019;
(a) The local jurisdiction of these Courts shall be the territorial jurisdiction of the concerned judgeship;
(b) This notification shall come into force with effect from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
