सं॰ 08न॰वि॰/मा॰प्ला॰ (आयो॰ क्षे॰)-34/2022/4239/न॰वि॰ एवं आ॰वि॰—बिहार शहरी आयोजना तथा विकास अधिनियम, 2012 की धारा-11 एवं बिहार शहरी आयोजना तथा विकास नियमावली, 2014 के नियम-11 में प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए अधिसूचना संख्या-361 एवं 362, दिनांक-09.03.2019 के द्वारा प्रमण्डलीय आयुक्त, मुंगेर प्रमण्डल, मुंगेर की अध्यक्षता में बेगूसराय आयोजना क्षेत्र प्राधिकार का गठन किया गया था।
बिहार शहरी आयोजना तथा विकास (संशोधन) नियमावली, 2022 के नियम-11 के उपनियम-3(i) में अंकित प्रावधानों के आलोक में बेगूसराय आयोजना क्षेत्र प्राधिकार के अध्यक्ष, प्रमण्डलीय आयुक्त, मुंगेर प्रमण्डल, मुंगेर के स्थान पर जिला पदाधिकारी, बेगूसराय होंगे। यदि यथोचित समझें तो राज्य सरकार सदस्यों में से एक को आयोजना प्राधिकार का उपाध्यक्ष नियुक्त कर सकेंगी। 2 ;बपकरू464द्ध ;द्ध 14 ;बपकरू224द्ध 2022 The 9th September 2022 No.-08/न॰वि॰मा॰प्लान(आयो॰क्षेत्र॰)-34/2022/4240/न॰वि॰आ॰वि॰—In the exercise of powers conferred under Section-11 of the Bihar Urban Planning and Development Act, 2012 read with Rule-11 of the Bihar Urban Planning and Development Rules, 2014, "Begusarai Planning Area Authority" was constituted vide Notification No.-361 & 362, dated- 09.03.2019 under the Chairmanship of the Divisional Commissioner, Munger Division, Munger. In the light of provisions in Sub-Rule 3(i) of Rule-11 of the Bihar Urban Planning and Development (Amendment) Rules, 2022, the Chairman of the Begusarai Planning Area Authority, shall be District Magistrate, Begusarai in place of Divisional Commissioner, Munger Division, Munger.
The State Government may if it thinks fit appoint one of the members as the Vice- Chairman of the Planning Authority.
2. Remaining para of the Notification No.-361 & 362, dated-09.03.2019 shall be as previous.
3. This Notification will come into force since the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
