सं॰ 08न॰वि॰/मा॰प्ला॰ (आयो॰ क्षे॰)-33/2022/4245/न॰वि॰ एवं आ॰वि॰—बिहार शहरी आयोजना तथा विकास अधिनियम, 2012 की धारा-11 एवं बिहार शहरी आयोजना तथा विकास नियमावली, 2014 के नियम-11 में प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए अधिसूचना संख्या-829 एवं 830, दिनांक-11.09.2017 के द्वारा प्रमण्डलीय आयुक्त, पटना प्रमण्डल, पटना की अध्यक्षता में बिहारशरीफ आयोजना क्षेत्र प्राधिकार का गठन किया गया था। बिहार शहरी आयोजना तथा विकास (संशोधन) नियमावली, 2022 के नियम-11 के उपनियम-3(i) में अंकित प्रावधानों के आलोक में बिहारशरीफ आयोजना क्षेत्र प्राधिकार के अध्यक्ष, प्रमण्डलीय आयुक्त, पटना प्रमण्डल, पटना के स्थान पर जिला पदाधिकारी, नालन्दा होंगे। 2 ;बपकरू464द्ध ;द्ध 14 ;बपकरू224द्ध 2022 9 September 2022 No.-08/न॰वि॰मा॰प्लान(आयो॰क्षेत्र॰)-33/2022/4246/न॰वि॰आ॰वि॰—In the exercise of powers conferred under Section-11 of the Bihar Urban Planning and Development Act, 2012 read with Rule-11 of the Bihar Urban Planning and Development Rules, 2014, "Biharsharif Planning Area Authority" was constituted vide Notification No.-829 & 830, dated- 11.09.2017 under the Chairmanship of the Divisional Commissioner, Patna Division, Patna. In the light of provisions in Sub-Rule 3(i) of Rule-11 of the Bihar Urban Planning and Development (Amendment) Rules, 2022, the Chairman of the Biharsharif Planning Area Authority, shall be District Magistrate, Nalanda in place of Divisional Commissioner, Patna Division, Patna..
The State Government may if it thinks fit appoint one of the members as the Vice- Chairman of the Planning Authority.
2. Remaining para of the Notification No.-829 & 830, dated-11.09.2017 shall be as previous.
3. This Notification will come into force since the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
