सं॰ प्र॰/विविध-24/2015 (II)/12—बिहार लोक सेवाओं का अधिकार अधिनियम, 2011 (बिहार अधिनियम, 4, 2011) की धारा-3 के अधीन प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राज्य सरकार भारतीय विद्युत अधिनियम 2003 (36 का 2003), केन्द्रीय विद्युत प्राधिकरण (सुरक्षा और विद्युत आपूर्ति से संबंधित उपाय) विनियमों, 2010, समय-समय पर यथा संशोधित के तहत सेवाओं के लिए नाम निर्दिष्ट पदाधिकारी, अपीलीय प्राधिकार, पुनर्विलोकन प्राधिकार एवं समय सीमा तत्काल प्रभाव से इसके तहत निम्न प्रकार से अधिसूचित करती हैः- क्रमांक सेवा का नाम नाम निर्दिष्ट
