बिहार शहरी आयोजना तथा विकास (संशोधन) नियमावली, 2022
सं॰ 08/न॰वि॰मा॰(आयो॰क्षे॰)-06/2022/5029—बिहार शहरी आयोजना तथा विकास अधिनियम, 2012 (बिहार अधिनियम 20, 2012) की धारा-81 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार राज्यपाल बिहार शहरी आयोजना तथा विकास नियमावली, 2022 का संशोधन करने हेतु निम्नलिखित नियमावली बनाते हैं :-
1. संक्षिप्त नाम, विस्तार और प्रारंभ :-
(1) यह नियमावली बिहार शहरी आयोजना तथा विकास (संशोधन) नियमावली, 2022 कही जा सकेगी।
(2) इसका विस्तार राज्य सरकार द्वारा यथा अधिसूचित सम्पूर्ण बिहार राज्य अथवा इसके किसी भाग में होगा। 2 ;बपकरू464द्ध ;द्ध 5 (cid:465)दस(cid:224)बर 2022 The 1st December 2022 No.- 08/न॰वि॰मा॰ (आयो॰क्षे॰)-06/2022/5030 UD&HD—In exercise of the power conferred by section-81 of Bihar Urban Planning and Development Act, 2012 (Bihar Act 20, 2012) the Governor of Bihar is pleased to make the following Rules to amend the Bihar Urban Planning and Development Rule, 2012 :-
1. Short title, extent and commencement :-
(1) These Rules may be called the Bihar Urban Planning and Development (Amendment) Rule, 2022
(2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Bihar or part thereof as may be notified by the State Government.
(3) It shall come into force from the date of its publication of the official Gazette.
2. The following proviso is added in Sub-Rule 3(i) of the Rule-11 of the Bihar Urban Planning and Development, 2022 :- "Provided that the Chairman of the Patna Metropolitan Area Authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Secretary to the Government or equivalent"
