सं॰ 01/प.04-02/2013 693—भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक में प्रदा शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार के राज्यपाल ''बिहार पुरातव एवं संग्रहालय सेवा नियमावली, 2014'' का संषोधन करते हुए निम्नलिखित नियमावली बनाते हैंः-
1. संक्षिप्त नाम, विस्तार एवं प्रारंभ ।-
(1) यह नियमावली ''बिहार पुरातव एवं संग्रहालय सेवा (संषोधन) नियमावली, 2022'' कही जा सकेगी। (2) इसका विस्तार सम्पूर्ण बिहार राज्य में होगा। (3) यह राजपत्र में प्रकाषन की तिथि से प्रवृत्त होगी।
2. ''बिहार पुरातव एवं संग्रहालय सेवा नियमावली, 2014'' के नियम 8 (2) को निम्नलिखित द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित किया जाता हैः-
8 (2). अभ्यर्थी की न्यूनतम षैक्षणिक योग्यता- अनिवार्य अर्हताएँ-
(क) प्राचीन भारतीय इतिहास एवं संस्कृति/पुरातव अथवा प्राचीन भारतीय एवं एषियाई अध्ययन/प्राचीन भारतीय इतिहास एवं कला इतिहास में स्नातकोत्तर की डिग्री। 2 (cid:464)बहार गजट (असाधारण), 14 (cid:465)दस(cid:224)बर 2022 Department of Art, Culture & Youth ——— Notification 7th December 2022
No-1/P.4-02/2013- 693—By utilising the power conferred by the proviso of the Article 309 of the Constitution of India the Governor of Bihar makes following rule by making amendment in the "Bihar State Archaeology & Museum Service Rules, 2014" :-
1. 1. Short title, extent and commencement :-
(1) This rule may be called the Bihar State Archaeology and Museum Service (Amendment) Rules, 2022.
(2) It shall extend to the whole of the state of Bihar. (3) It shall come in to force from the date of Publication in the official gazette.
2. Substitution of Rule 8 (2) of the Bihar State Archaeology & Museum Service Rules, 2014 as following:- 8 (2). Minimum educational qualification of the candidates:- Essential qualification:-
(a) The post graduate degree in the Ancient Indian History and Culture/Archaeology or Ancient Indian and Asiatic Studies/Ancient Indian History and Art History.
(b) Post graduate diploma in Museology/post graduate diploma
in Archaeology with minimum 55% marks.
Or
Three (03) years work experience in excavation/conservation/museum.
