सं॰ अ० पा०-16/2017-883—भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक के परामर्श के अनुसरण मेें बिहार सरकार, सरकारी प्रतिभूति (जीएस) अधिनियम, 2006 और सरकारी प्रतिभूति विनियमन, 2007 के अनुसार बिहार सरकार के सामान्य अधिसूचना संख्या- BT/111/92-492/B, दिनांक-20.07.2007 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है।
उक्त अधिसूचना के ख्ांड 4.9, 4.12 (i) और 4.13 (i) में लोक ऋण अधिनियम 1944, एवं लोक ऋण नियम, 1946 को क्रमशः सरकारी प्रतिभूति (जीएस) अधिनियम, 2006 और सरकारी प्रतिभूति विनियमन, 2007 द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा।

Subject- Amendment to the Government of Bihar's general notification no. BT/111/92- 492/B, dates 20.07.2007.
No- våikå&16@2017&883—In pursuance of the consultation with the Reserve Bank of India, the Government of Bihar makes the following amendment in the Government of Bihar's general notification no. BT/111/92-492/B, dates 20.07.2007 in accordance with the Government Securities (GS) Act, 2006 and the Government Securities Regulations, 2007.
Amendments
In the paragraphs 4.9, 4.12 (i) and 4.13(i) of the said notification, the term Public Debt Act, 1944 & Public Debt Rules, 1946 shall be replaced by the Government Securities (GS) Act, 2006 and the Government Securities Regulations, 2007 respectively.
In the light of above changes, issue of "State Development Loan" will be known as issue of "State Government Securities." in Gazettes, Notifications, Press releases, etc.
