सं॰ सं0का0-1/वि0मं0(नेता वि0 दल, सं0स0, सचे0 और स0नेता)05-02/2017- —बिहार विधान मण्डल (सदस्यों का वेतन, भत्ते एवं पेंशन) अधिनियम, 2006 (अधिनियम सं0-16, 2006) (समय-समय पर यथा संशोधित) की धारा 8 के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार के राज्यपाल एतद् द्वारा बिहार विधान मंडल नेता विरोधी दल, संसदीय सचिव, सचेतक और सदन नेता (वेतन एवं भत्ते) नियमावली, 2006 में संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियमावली बनाते हैं-
(i) यह नियमावली बिहार विधान मंडल नेता विरोधी दल, संसदीय सचिव, सचेतक और सदन नेता (वेतन एवं भत्ते) ((ससंंश्शााोेध्धानन)) नििनययममााववललीी,, 22002233 कही जा सकेगी। (ii) यह अधिसूचना राजपत्र में प्रकाशन होने की तिथि से प्रवृत्त होगी।

''बिहार विधान मंडल के दोनों सदनों के सत्तारूढ़ दल के माननीय मुख्य सचेतक, उप मुख्य सचेतक, सचेतकगण तथा विरोधी दल के मुख्य सचेतक को राज्य सरकार के माननीय मंत्री, राज्य मंत्री एवं उप मंत्री को मंत्रिमंडल सचिवालय विभाग, बिहार के विभिन्न संकल्पों द्वारा दिये गये एच0ओ0आर0 की सुविधा,
2 (cid:464)बहार गजट (असाधारण), 27 फरवर(cid:547) 2023 उपर्युक्त दोनों विकल्पों में से किसी एक सुविधा का चयन महानुभावों द्वारा उनके मनोनयन की अधिसूचना की तिथि या इस अधिसूचना के प्रवृत्त होने की तिथि से एक माह के अन्दर किया जा सकेगा।''27 Qjojh 2023
सं॰ सं0का0-1/वि0मं0(नेता वि0 दल, सं0स0, सचे0 और स0नेता) 05-02/2017- संसदीय कार्य विभाग, बिहार, पटना की अधिसूचना संख्या- दिनांक 27.02.2023 का निम्नलिखित अंग्रेजी अनुवाद, बिहार राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से एतद् द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है जो भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खंड (3) के अधीन उक्त नियमावली का अंग्रेजी भाषा में प्राधिकृत पाठ समझा जायेगा।
The 27th February 2023 No. P.A.-1/V.M.(N.V.D.,S.S.,S.&S.N.)-05-02/2017-231.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Bihar Legislature (Salary, Allowances and Pension of Members) Act, 2006 (Act No. 16, 2006) (As amended from time to time), the Governor of Bihar is hereby pleased to make the following Rules to amend Bihar Legislature Leader of the Opposition, Parliamentary Secretary, Whip and Leader of the House (Salary and Allowances) Rules, 2006:-
Bihar Legislature Leader of the Opposition, Parliamentary Secretary, Whip and Leader of the House (Salary and Allowances) (Amendment) Rules, 2023
1. Short title and commencement.—
(1.) These Rules may be called the Bihar Legislature Leader of the Opposition, Parliamentary Secretary, Whip and Leader of the House (Salary and Allowances) (Amendment) Rules, 2023.
(2.) This Notification shall come into force from the date of its publication in Official Gazette.
2. In addition to the Explanation contained in Rule -3 of the said Rules the Explanation 3(iii) shall be added as follows:—
"Facility of HOR provided by various resolutions of Cabinet Secretariat Department to Hon'ble Minister, Minister of State and Deputy Minister of State Government admissible to Hon'ble Chief Whip, Deputy Chief Whip, Whips of the Ruling Party and Chief Whip of the Opposition Party.
or
Facility of travelling by Rail/Air as an Hon'ble Member under Bihar Legislature (Salary, Allowances and Pension of Members) Rules, 2006 (as amended upto date).
The dignitaries shall be required to choose one of the two options within one month of the notification of their nomination or from the date of commencement of this notification."
