सं॰ जी॰सां॰-07/2022/232—जन्म और मृत्यु रजिस्ट्रीकरण अधिनियम, 1969 की धारा 7 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए रजिस्ट्रार (जन्म और मृत्यु) से संबंधित पूर्ववत संरचना में सरलीकरण करते हुए स्तम्भ '2' में अंकित निम्नलिखित पदाधिकारियों को उनके पदनाम के सम्मुख स्तम्भ '4' में उल्लिखित क्षेत्र के लिए पदेन रजिस्ट्रार (जन्म और मृत्यु) नियुक्त किया जाता है :-

2. जन्म और मृत्यु रजिस्ट्रीकरण अधिनियम, 1969 की धारा 7 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए स्वास्थ्य संस्थानों से संबंधित रजिस्ट्रीकरण इकाईयों में 30 दिनों तक जन्म और मृत्यु की घटित घटनाओं के रजिस्ट्रीकरण हेतु स्तम्भ '2' में अंकित निम्नलिखित पदाधिकारियों को उनके पदनाम के सम्मुख स्तम्भ '4' में उल्लिखित क्षेत्र के लिए पदेन रजिस्ट्रार (जन्म और मृत्यु) नियुक्त किया जाता हैः-2 ;बपकरू464द्ध ;द्ध 28 फरवर(cid:547) 2023

3. जन्म और मृत्यु रजिस्ट्रीकरण अधिनियम, 1969 की धारा 4 की उपधारा (2) एवं धारा 7 की उपधारा (5) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए 30 दिनों तक जन्म और मृत्यु की घटित घटनाओं के रजिस्ट्रीकरण हेतु स्तम्भ '2' में अंकित निम्नलिखित पदाधिकारियों को उनके पदनाम के सम्मुख स्तम्भ '4' में उल्लिखित क्षेत्र के लिए संबंधित रजिस्ट्रार (जन्म और मृत्यु) के नियंत्रणाधीन, पदेन उप-रजिस्ट्रार (जन्म और मृत्यु) नियुक्त किया जाता है :-

4. जन्म और मृत्यु रजिस्ट्रीकरण अधिनियम, 1969 की धारा 10 की उप-धारा (1) (iii) द्वारा प्रदा शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए जन्म और मृत्यु की घटनाओं की सूचना संबंधित रजिस्ट्रार (जन्म और मृत्यु) को देने हेतु स्तम्भ '2' में अंकित निम्नलिखित जनप्रतिनिधि/पदाधिकारी को उनके पदनाम के सम्मुख स्तम्भ '4' में उल्लिखित क्षेत्र के लिए अधिसूचक नियुक्त किया जाता हैः-

सभी कार्यालय आदेश/अधिसूचना को विलोपित किया जाता है।
6. पदाधिकारी के पदनाम में परिवर्तन होने पर परिवर्तित नाम से संबंधित पदाधिकारी को कार्यालय आदेश द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित किया जा सकेगा।
7. दिनांक 24.02.2023 को मंत्रिपरिषद की स्वीकृति प्राप्त है। 8. यह अधिसूचना निर्गत की तिथि से प्रभावी होगी।

7. This proposal has been approved by the State Cabinet on 24.02.2023. 8. This notification will be effective from the date of issue.
