(NO.PATNA 651) PATNA, TUESDAY, 1ST AUGUST 2023 Bihar Legislative Assembly Secretariat ——— NOTIFICATION 4th July 2023 No.1 Est.-36/2018-1609/ BLA—In pursuance of Rule 84 of Bihar Treasury Code, 2011 Sri Sanjeev Kumar, Deputy Secretary, Bihar Legislative Assembly Secretariat is authorised to sign the establishment Pay and Allowances Bills and other Bills including T.A. Bills, G.P.F. and Medical Allowances Bills etc. relating to the staff of Bihar Legislative Assembly Secretariat and also the office contingent Bills for the purpose of drawing them from the Treasury for disbursement.
2. The Secretary, however will hold the power of the controlling officer. 3. Above arrangement will come into force from date-05.07.2023 to 16.07.2023. i.e in the absence period of Shri Vimlendu Bhushan Kumar, Deputy Secretary-Cum- D.D.O., Bihar Legislative Assembly, Patna .
