(NO.PATNA 660) PATNA, WEDNESDAY, 2ND AUGUST 2023 PATNA HIGH COURT ——— NOTIFICATION 2nd August, 2023 No.362/Rules Deptt. – In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (2) of Article 229 of the Constitution of India, the Chief Justice of the High Court of Judicature at Patna makes the following amendments in the Patna High Court Officers and Staff (Recruitment, Appointment, Promotion and other Conditions of Service and Conduct) Rules, 2021.
1. Short title and commencement –
(i) These Rules shall be called the Patna High Court Officers and Staff (Recruitment, Appointment, Promotion and other Conditions of Service and Conduct) (Second Amendment) Rules, 2023.
(ii) It shall come into force with immediate effect and shall apply to all such vacancies accrued before and after the amendment.
2. In Rules-6(H) of Part-IV of the principal Rules above the existing Sl. No. 1 the

3. The existing Serial No. 1 of the principal Rules, the against which the post of 'Ex- cadre Assistant' has been mentioned should be read as Serial No. "1A"
