एस॰ ओ॰ 230, दिनांक 14 अगस्त, 2023--चूँकि बिहार सरकार का यह समाधान हो गया है कि अन्य राज्यों में तथा विदेशों में असंगठित क्षेत्र में काम करने वाले प्रवासी मजदूरों को, दुर्घटना के फलस्वरूप मृत्यु, पूर्ण स्थायी अपंगता एवं स्थायी आंशिक अपंगता की स्थिति में अनुदान स्परूप दी जाने वाली राशि को बढ़ाये जाने हेतु प्रावधान करना आवश्यक है।
इसलिए अब, भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 39 (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राज्य सरकार बिहार एतद् द्वारा बिहार राज्य प्रवासी मजदूर दुर्घटना अनुदान योजना नियमावली, 2008 का संशोधन करने हेतु नियमावली बनाती हैः-
I.
(1) यह नियमावली बिहार राज्य प्रवासी मजदूर दुर्घटना अनुदान
योजना (संशोधन) नियमावली, 2023 कही जा सकेगी।
(2) इसका विस्तार सम्पूर्ण बिहार राज्य में होगा। (3) यह अधिसूचना राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तिथि से प्रवृत होगी।
II. उक्त नियमावली, 2008 के नियम 5 में शब्द ''एक लाख रूपये'' को शब्द ''दो लाख रूपये'' द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा।
III. उक्त नियमावली, 2008 के नियम 5क में ''शब्द एवं अंक 75,000/- रूपये'' को ''शब्द एवं अंक 1,00,000/- रूपये'' द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा।
IV. उक्त नियमावली, 2008 के नियम 5ख में शब्द एवं अंक ''37,500 रूपये'' को शब्द एवं अंक ''50,000 रूपये'' द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा। 2 (cid:464)बहार गजट (असाधारण), 14 अग(cid:232)त, 2023 एस॰ ओ॰ 230, दिनांक 14 अगस्त, 2023 का अंग्रेजी भाषा में निम्नलिखित अनुवाद बिहार राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से इसके द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है, जो भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के (खण्ड) 3 के अधीन अंग्रेजी भाषा में उसका प्राधिकृृत पाठ समझा जाएगा।

S. O. 230, dated 14th August 2023--whereas the Government of Bihar is satisfied that it is necessary to provide for enhancement of the amount of grant to the domicile migrant labourers working in unorganized sector in other State and Abroad in the event of their death, to their legal heir or to the victims of accident in case of permanent and partial disability on account of an accident;
Now, therefore in exercise of the power conferred by Article 39 (a) of the constitution of India, the State Government of Bihar is hereby please to make the following Rules to amend The Bihar State Migrant Labour Accident Grant Scheme Rule, 2008.
Bihar State Migrant Labour Accident Grant Scheme (Amendment) Rule, 2023 I. (1) Short title, extent and commencement.- These Rules may be called Bihar State Migrant Labour Accident Grant Scheme (Amendment) Rule, 2023.
(2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Bihar
(3) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the official gazette.
II. The word One lakh shall be substituted by the words "Rs. Two lakh" in Rule 5 of the said Rule, 2008.
III. The words and figures "Rs. 75,000 (Seventy five thousand)" shall be substituted by the words and figures "Rs. 1,00,000 (One lakh)" in Rule 5A of the said Rule, 2008.
IV. The words and figures "Rs. 37,500 (Thirty Seven thousand five hundred)" shall be substituted by the words and figures "Rs. 50,000 (Fifty thousand)" in Rule 5B of the said Rule, 2008.
