एस० ओ० 232, (cid:464)दनांक 21 अग(cid:232)त 2023—(cid:464)बहार माल और सेवा कर अिधिनयम, 2017 ((cid:464)बहार अिधिनयम- 12, 2017) क(cid:551) धारा 128 (cid:430)ारा (cid:292)द(cid:215)त शि(cid:200)तय(cid:585) का (cid:292)योग करते हुए, (cid:464)बहार रा(cid:207)यपाल, प(cid:464)रष(cid:622) क(cid:551) िसफा(cid:464)रश(cid:585) पर, वािण(cid:207)य - कर (cid:464)वभाग क(cid:551) अिधसूचना सं(cid:201)या एस० ओ० 04 (cid:464)दनांक 02 जनवर(cid:547), 2018, िजसे (cid:464)बहार गजट असाधारण अंक सं(cid:201)या 10, (cid:464)दनांक 02 जनवर(cid:547), 2018, (cid:430)ारा (cid:292)कािशत (cid:464)कया गया था, म(cid:581) िन(cid:224)निलिखत और संशोधन करते ह(cid:583), अथा(cid:91)त्:-
उ(cid:416) अिधसूचना म(cid:581), सातव(cid:581) परं तुक म(cid:581), श(cid:222)द(cid:585), अ(cid:162)र(cid:585) और अंक(cid:585), "30 जून, 2023" के (cid:232)थान पर, श(cid:222)द(cid:585), अ(cid:162)र(cid:585) और अंक(cid:585), "31 अग(cid:232)त, 2023" को (cid:292)ित(cid:232)था(cid:464)पत (cid:464)कया जाएगा।
2. यह अिधसूचना 30 जून, 2023 से (cid:292)भावी मानी जाएगी। 2 (cid:464)बहार गजट (असाधारण), 21 अग(cid:232)त 2023 18 vxLr 2023 एस॰ ओ॰ 232, दिनांक 21 अगस्त 2023 का अंगे्रजी में निम्नलिखित अनुवाद बिहार राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से इसके द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है जो भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड (3) के अधीन अंगे्रजी भाषा में उसका प्राधिकृत पाठ समझा जाय।

S.O. 232, Dated 21st August 2023—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 128 of the Bihar Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, (Bihar Act 12, 2017), the Governor of Bihar, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Commercial Taxes Department notification No. S.O. 4, dated the 02nd January, 2018, published in the Bihar Gazette, Extraordinary, vide number 10, dated the 02nd January, 2018, namely:-
In the said notification, in the seventh proviso, for the words, letter and figure "30th day of June, 2023" the words, letter and figure "31st day of August, 2023" shall be substituted.
2. This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 30th day of June, 2023.
