सं॰ 2/थाना-10-21/2014 गृ0आ0- चूँकि बिहार राज्य सरकार गृह विभाग के स्वीकृत्यादेश सं0-9139 दिनांक 27.10.2014 द्वारा गया जिलान्तर्गत के सृजन संबंधी अपना विनिश्चय संसूचित कर चुकी है।
इसलिए अब, दण्ड प्रक्रिया संहिता, 1973 की धारा, 2 की उप-धारा (ध) में प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राज्य सरकार, एतद् द्वारा, स्वीकृत्यादेश निर्गत की तिथि 27.10.2014 के भूतलक्षी प्रभाव से
की घोषणा करती है।

No. 2/Thana-10-21/2014 H.(P) 9993--Whereas, the State Government of Bihar has communicated its decision regarding creation of "Bodhi Vigha Police Station" in district Gaya vide Home Department sanction order No. 9139 dated 27-10-2014.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (s) of section-2 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the State Government, hereby, declares the aforesaid Police Station with retrospective effect from 27-10-2014.
