सं॰ 2/पी01-1014/2011 गृ0आ0- --चूँकि बिहार राज्य सरकार गृह विभाग के स्वीकृत्यादेश la0&1893 fnukad 18-03-2015 द्वारा सारण जिला के दरियापुर थानान्तर्गत ग्राम के सृजन संबंधी अपना विनिश्चय संसूचित कर चुकी है।
इसलिए अब, दण्ड प्रक्रिया संहिता, 1973 की धारा, 2 की उप-धारा (ध) में प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राज्य सरकार, एतद् द्वारा, स्वीकृत्यादेश निर्गत की तिथि 18.03.2015 के भूतलक्षी प्रभाव से
की घोषणा करती है।

No. 2/P01-1014/2011 H.(P) 9994--Whereas, the State Government of Bihar has communicated its decision regarding creation of "Darihara Bhual Police Station" in district Saran vide Home Department sanction order No. 1893 dated 18-03-2015.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (s) of section-2 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the State Government, hereby, declares the aforesaid Police Station with retrospective effect from 18-03-2015.
