एस॰ ओ॰ 238, दिनांक 12 सितम्बर 2023—श्रम संसाधन विभाग की विभिन्न अधिसूचनाओं के द्वारा सहायक श्रमायुक्त को उप श्रमायुक्त का अतिरिक्त प्रभार दिया गया है।
तदनुसार स्तंभ-4 में वर्णित अधिनियमों में प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार राज्यपाल स्तंभ-2 में

2. सभी पदाधिकारी अपनी स्थानीय सीमाओं के अंंदर स्तंभ-4 में वर्णित प्रत्यायोजित शक्तियों का प्रयोग करेंगे।
3. यह अधिसूचना गजट में प्रकाषन की तिथि से प्रवृत्त होगी।
2 (cid:464)बहार गजट (असाधारण), 12 (cid:871)सत(cid:224)बर 2023 11 flrEcj 2023एस॰ ओ॰ 238, दिनांक 12 सितम्बर 2023 का अंग्रेजी भाषा में निम्नलिखित अनुवाद बिहार राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से इसके द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है, जो भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के (खण्ड) 3 के अधीन अंग्रेजी भाषा में उसका प्राधिकृृत पाठ समझा जाएगा।

S. O. 238 dated 12th September 2023—Through various notifications of Labour Resources Department, Assistant Labour Commissioner has been given additional charge of Deputy Labour Commissioner.
Accordingly, in exercise of the powers conferred under the Acts mentioned in Column-4, the Governor of Bihar is pleased to confer the powers mentioned in Column-4 to the officers mentioned in Column-2.

2. All the officers shall exercise the delegated powers mentioned in column-4 within their local limits.
3. This notification shall come into force from the date of publication in the Gazette.
