गृह विभाग (विषेष शाखा) ——— अधिसूचना 19 सितम्बर 2023 laŒ —गृह विभाग (विषेष शाखा) की अधिसूचना संख्या- एस॰ओ॰-7909, दिनांक-28.06.2023 के अनुक्रम में राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा अधिनियम-1980 (सं॰-65/1980) की धारा-3 की उपधारा (3) के द्वारा प्रदा शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राज्य सरकार ने निर्णय लिया है कि सभी जिला दण्डाधिकारी दिनांक-01.10.2023 से दिनांक-31.12.2023 तक अगले तीन महीने की अवधि के लिए उपर्युक्त धारा की उपधारा-(2) द्वारा प्रदा शक्तियों का प्रयोग अपने क्षेत्राधिकार की स्थानीय सीमाओं में कर सकेंगे।

Home Department (Special Branch) ——— NOTIFICATION The 19th September 2023 No. J/DE-Misc-15/2021-11374/C—In continuation of Home (Special) Department, Notification No.-7909, dated-28.06.2023 in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of the section-3 of the National Security Act, 1980 (No.-65/1980), the State Government has been pleased to direct that All District Magistrates of the state of Bihar shall exercise the powers conferred by sub section (2) of the said section within the local limits of their jurisdiction for a further period of three months from 01.10.2023 to 31.12.2023.
