एस॰ ओ॰ 239, (cid:464)दनांक 30 सितम्बर, 2023--(cid:464)बहार माल और सेवा कर अिधिनयम, 2017 ((cid:464)बहार अिधिनयम - 12, 2017) क(cid:551) धारा 9 क(cid:551) उप-धारा (1) और धारा 15 क(cid:551) उप-धारा (5) के तहत (cid:292)द(cid:419) श(cid:464)(cid:416)य(cid:585) का (cid:292)योग करते हुए, (cid:464)बहार रा(cid:207)यपाल, जीएसट(cid:547) प(cid:464)रषद क(cid:551) िसफा(cid:464)रश(cid:585) के आधार पर, एतद (cid:430)ारा, वािण(cid:207)य - कर (cid:464)वभाग क(cid:551) अिधसूचना सं(cid:201)या 1/2017-रा(cid:207)य-कर (दर), (cid:464)दनांक 29 जून, 2017, िजसे (cid:464)बहार गजट असाधारण अंक सं(cid:201)या 544, (cid:464)दनांक 29 जून, 2017 (cid:430)ारा (cid:292)कािशत (cid:464)कया गया था, म(cid:581) और आगे भी िन(cid:224)निलिखत संशोधन करते ह(cid:583), यथा: -

(क) (cid:272)म सं(cid:201)या 227 और उससे संबंिधत (cid:292)(cid:464)व(cid:464)(cid:436)य(cid:585) के प(cid:433)ात, िन(cid:224)निलिखत (cid:272)म

(ख) (cid:272)म सं(cid:201)या 228 और 229 और उससे संबंिधत (cid:292)(cid:464)व(cid:464)(cid:436)य(cid:585) का लोप (cid:464)कया जाएगा । (ii) (cid:232)प(cid:436)ीकरण म(cid:581), खंड (iv) के प(cid:433)ात, िन(cid:224)निलिखत खंड अंतः(cid:232)था(cid:464)पत (cid:464)कया जाएगा, अथा(cid:91)त; "(v) इस अिधसूचना म(cid:581) जो श(cid:222)द (cid:292)यु(cid:416) और प(cid:464)रभा(cid:464)षत नह(cid:547)ं (cid:464)कए गए ह(cid:583) ले(cid:464)कन (cid:464)बहार माल और सेवा कर अिधिनयम ((cid:464)बहार अिधिनयम - 12, 2017), एक(cid:551)कृ त माल और सेवा कर अिधिनयम (2017 का 13) और संघ रा(cid:207)य (cid:162)े(cid:287) माल और सेवा कर अिधिनयम (2017 का 14) म(cid:581) प(cid:464)रभा(cid:464)षत (cid:464)कए गए ह(cid:583), उन श(cid:222)द(cid:585) और अिभ(cid:229)य(cid:464)(cid:416)य(cid:585) के वह(cid:547) अथ(cid:91) ह(cid:585)गे जो उन अिधिनयम(cid:585) म(cid:581) (cid:464)दए गए ह(cid:583)।"
2. यह अिधसूचना (cid:464)दनांक 01 अ(cid:416)ूबर, 2023 से लागू होगी।

एस॰ ओ॰ 239, दिनांक 30 सितम्बर, 2023 का अंगे्रजी में निम्नलिखित अनुवाद बिहार राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से इसके द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है जो भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड (3) के अधीन अंगे्रजी भाषा में उसका प्राधिकृत पाठ समझा जाय।

Notification No. 11/2023- State Tax (Rate)
S.O. 239, Date 30th September 2023--In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 9 and sub-section (5) of section 15 of the Bihar Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Bihar Act 12, 2017), the Governor of Bihar, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Commercial Taxes Department notification No. 1/2017-State Tax (Rate), dated the 29th June, 2017 published in the Bihar Gazette, Extraordinary, vide number 544, dated the 29th June, 2017, namely:-
3 (cid:464)बहार गजट (असाधारण), 30 िसत(cid:224)बर, 2023In the said notification, (i) in Schedule IV-
(a) after S. No. 227 and the entries related thereto, the following S. No. and entries shall be inserted, namely:-

| "227A | Any Chapter | Specified actionable claim; Explanation:"specified actionable claim" as defined in section 2(102A) of the BGST Act, 2017 means the actionable claim involved in or by way of— (i) betting; (ii) casinos; (iii)gambling; (iv) horse racing; (v) lottery; or (vi) online money gaming;"; |
(b) S. No. 228 and 229 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted. (ii) in the Explanation, after clause (iv), the following clause shall be inserted, namely:
"(v) The words and expressions used and not defined in this notification, but defined in the Bihar Goods and Service Tax Act, 2017 (Bihar Act 12, 2017), the Integrated Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (13 of 2017) and the Union Territory Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (14 of 2017), shall have the same meanings as assigned to them in those Acts."
2. This notification shall come into force on the 1stday of October, 2023.
