(सं0 पटना 797) पटना, मंगलवार, 3 अ(cid:416)ूबर 2023 fof/k foHkkx ——— vf/klwpuk 3 vDrwcj 2023 एस॰ ओ॰ 256, दिनांक 3 अक्तूबर, 2023--बिहार आतंकवाद निरोधक दस्ता नियमावली, 2014 के नियम-8 (13) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, इस विषय पर पूर्व में निर्गत विधि विभागीय अधिसूचना सं0-3501 दिनांक-10.05.2023 के उपांतरण में, बिहार सरकार, माननीय उच्च न्यायालय, पटना के परामर्श से अपर जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश-XV, पटना के न्यायालय को आतंकवाद निरोधक दस्ता थाना, बिहार, पटना में दर्ज कांडों के विचारण हेतु विशेष न्यायालय के रूप में अभिहित करती है; (2) इस न्यायालय की अधिकारिता बिहार राज्य की स्थानीय सीमाएँ होंगी;

(3) यह अधिसूचना राजपत्र में इसके प्रकाशन की तिथि से प्रवृत्त होगी।

एस॰ ओ॰ 256, दिनांक 3 अक्तूबर, 2023 का अंगे्रजी में निम्नलिखित अनुवाद बिहार राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से इसके द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है, जो भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद-348 के खण्ड(3) के अधीन उसका प्राधिकृत पाठ समझा जायेगा।

¼la0la0&,0@,DV&04@2021@7871@ts0½बिहार-राज्यपाल के आदेश से, jes'k pUn ekyoh;] सरकार के सचिव । 2 (cid:464)बहार गजट (असाधारण), 3 अ(cid:200)तूबर, 2023 The 3rd October 2023 S.O. 256, dated 3rd October, 2023--In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 8(13) of the Bihar Anti Terrorist Squad Rules, 2014, in modification of earlier issued notification no.-3501 dated-10-05-2023 of Law Department, Bihar, Patna, the Government of Bihar, in consultation with the High Court of Judicature at Patna, designates the Court of Additional District and Sessions Judge-XV, Patna as a Special Court for the trial of cases registered with Anti Terrorist Squad Police Station, Bihar, Patna;

(2) The jurisdiction of this Court shall be the local limits of the State of Bihar;

(3) This notification shall come into force with effect from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
