एस॰ओ॰ 265 दिनांक 6 अक्तूबर, 2023—श्रम संसाधन विभाग, बिहार सरकार द्वारा विक्रय प्रोत्साहन कर्मचारियों के हितार्थ कार्यावधि निर्धारित करने से संबंधित अधिसूचना संख्या-4634, दिनांक-28.10.2016-सह-पठित ज्ञापांक-4635, दिनांक-28.10.2016 को इस अधिसूचना के निर्गत होने की तिथि से निरसित किया जाता है। न्यूनतम मजदूरी अधिनियम, 1948 की धारा-13 की उपधारा 1 (a) तथा विक्रय प्रोत्साहन कर्मचारी (नियोजन की शर्तें) अधिनियम, 1976 की धारा-6 की उपधारा-(3) में प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए विक्रय प्रोत्साहन कर्मचारियों के लिए 01 घंटे विश्राम अन्तराल सहित सामान्य कार्य दिवस के लिए 09 घंटे की कार्यावधि निर्धारित की जाती है। इसके अतिरिक्त विक्रय प्रोत्साहन कर्मचारियों के मामले में न्यूनतम मजदूरी अधिनियम, 1948-सह-पठित बिहार न्यूनतम मजदूरी नियमावली, 1951 के सभी प्रावधान लागू होंगें।
(सं॰-3/डी-42/2014 श्र0सं0-5470) बिहार-राज्यपाल के आदेश से, आलोक कुमार, सरकार के विशेष सचिव। 2 ;बपकरू464द्ध ;द्ध 6 ;बपकरू200द्ध 2023 The 4th October 2023 S.O. 265 Date 6 October 2023—Notification No-4634, dated-28.10.2016 read with Memo No-4635 dated-28.10.2016 issued by the Labour Resources Department, Government of Bihar, regarding the fixation of working hours for the benefit of sales promotion employees is hereby repealed from the date of issue of this notification.
In exercise of the powers conferred under Sub Section-1(a) of Section-13 the Minimum Wages Act, 1948 and Sub Section-(3) of Section-6 of the Sales Promotion Employees (Conditions of Employment) Act, 1976, the working hours for sales promotion employees is fixed to be 09 hours including the interval of 1 hour for rest on a normal working day. In addition, in the case of sales promotion employees, all the provisions of the Minimum Wages Act, 1948 read with the Bihar Minimum Wages Rules, 1951 shall be applicable.
