सं॰ बी1-3-4/2020-101—चूंकि भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 171 के खण्ड (3) के उपखण्ड (ड.) एवं खण्ड (5) की अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार के राज्यपाल द्वारा मनोनीत बिहार विधान परिशद्‌ के सदस्य श्री उपेन्द्र कुषवाहा के दिनांक 24.02.2023 के प्रभाव से त्यागपत्र के फलस्वरूप बिहार विधान परिशद्‌ में रिक्त (1) एक स्थान को भरने के प्रयोजनार्थ मनोनयन किया जा चुका है।इसलिए निर्वाचन विभाग, बिहार, पटना की अधिसूचना सं0ः- बी1-3-4/2020-100 दिनांक 13 अक्टूबर 2023 के क्रम में अब लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम 1951 की धारा 74 के अनुसरण में बिहार के राज्यपाल द्वारा मनोनीत निम्नलिखित 1 (एक) सदस्य का नाम सर्वसाधारण की जानकारी के लिए अधिसूचित किया जाता हैः-

No.-B1-3-4/2020-101—WHEREAS nomination by the Governor of Bihar has been made in pursuance of Sub-Clause (e) of Clause (3) and Clause (5) of Article 171 of the Constitution of India, for filling 1 (one) seat in Bihar Legislative Council against 1 (one) vacancy in Bihar Legislative Council, due to resignation of nominated member Sri Upendra Kushwaha on 24.02.2023.

THEREFORE, In pursuance of Notification No.- B1-3-4/2020-100 dated 13 October, 2023, Now under section 74 of the Representation of peple Act, 1951, the name of the following 1 (one) member nominated by the Governor of Bihar are hereby notified for general information:-
