- /सा0प्र0—भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद-309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार राज्यपाल में संशोधन करने हेतु निम्नलिखित नियमावली बनाते हैंः- 1.
(1) यह नियमावली कही जा सकेगी। (2) इसका विस्तार राज्य सरकार के सचिवालय विभागों, संलग्न कार्यालयों एवं विभिन्न स्तर के मुफस्सिल कार्यालयों तक रहेगा।
(3) यह तुरंत प्रवृत्त होगी।
2 (cid:464)बहार गजट (असाधारण), 13 नव(cid:224)बर 2023 9 uoEcj 2023सा0प्र0- /अधिसूचना संख्या- / दिनांक- का निम्नलिखित अंग्रेजी अुनवाद बिहार राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से एतद् द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है, जो भारत संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड (3) के अधीन अंग्रेजी भाषा में इसका प्राधिकृत पाठ समझा जायेगा। The 9th November 2023 No.-09/Ni-19-01/2023-20905/ GAD—In exercise of the power conferred by proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Bihar is hereby pleased to make the following Rules to amend the Bihar Drivers (Appointment & Service Condition) Rules, 2005".
1 . Short title, extent and commencement-
(1) These Rules may be called as the "Bihar Drivers (Appointment and Service Conditions) (Amendment) Rules, 2023"
(2) It extends to the Secretariat Departments, attached offices and Mufassil office at different levels of the State Government.
(3) It shall come into force at once.
2. Sub-Rule (b) of Rule 2 of the said-Rule, 2005 shall be substituted by the following- "Commission" means the Bihar Technical Service Commission. 3. Sub-Rule (e) of Rule 2 of the said-Rule, 2005 shall be substituted by the following- "Merit List" means the List of Candidates recommended by the Bihar Technical Service Commission.
