सं॰ 15/बि0स0से0-02-02/2008 — (बिहार अधिनियम 03, 2008) (समय-समय पर यथासंशोधित) की धारा 19(1) में प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राज्य सरकार, बिहार सचिवालय सेवा नियमावली, 2010 को संशोधन करने हेतु निम्नलिखित नियमावली बनाती हैः-
(i) यह नियमावली
कही जा सकेगी।
(ii) इसका विस्तार बिहार राज्य सरकार के सचिवालय के विभागों तथा संलग्न कार्यालयों तक सीमित रहेगा।
(iii) यह बिहार सचिवालय सेवा (संशोधन) अधिनियम, 2023 के प्रवृा होने की तिथि से प्रभावी होगा। 2.
2 (cid:464)बहार गजट (असाधारण), 5 (cid:465)दस(cid:224)बर 2023सं॰ 15/बि0स0से0-02-02/2008 दिनांक 5 दिसम्बर 2023, अधिसूचना संख्या 20093 दिनांक 5 दिसम्बर 2023 का निम्नलिखित अंगे्रजी अनुवाद बिहार राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से एतद द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है, जो भारत-संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खंड(3) के अधीन अंग्रेजी भाषा में इसका प्राधिकृत पाठ समझा जायेगा। The 5th December 2023 No.-15/B.S.S.-02-02/2008-22094/GAD—In exercise of powers conferred by Section 19(1) of the Bihar Secretariat Service Act, 2007 (Bihar Act 3, 2008) (as amended from time to time) State Government makes following Rules to amend the Bihar Secretariat Service Rules, 2010.-
1. Short title, extent & commencement.—
(i) These Rules may be called "Bihar Secretariat Service (Amendment) Rules, 2023."
(ii) It Shall extend to the Departments of the State Government and its Attached Offices.
(iii) It shall come into force from the date of gazette notification of "Bihar Secretariat (Amendment) Act, 2023."
2. Amendment in the Rules 4(1) of Bihar Secretariat Service Rules, 2010.— The name of basic grade post of the Service "Assistant" as mentioned sl. no.-1 of table of rules 4(1) is hereby substituted by "Assistant Section Officer".
