- - -- की धारा-14 की उप धारा-1 के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए - में संशोधन हेतु बिहार सरकार निम्नलिखित संशोधन- नियमावली बनाती है। 1.

।- (त्) यह नियमावली

-

कही जा सकेगी।

(त्त्) इसका विस्तार संपूर्ण बिहार राज्य में होगा। (त्त्त्) यह राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तिथि से प्रवृत होगी।

- - उक्त नियमावली के नियम-4 को निम्नलिखित द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगाः-

परन्तु राज्य सरकार द्वारा समय-समय पर उपर्युक्त आवेदन-शुल्क में परिवर्तन किया जा सकेगा। "

- उक्त नियमावली के नियम-8 में उपनियम-3 के बाद एक उपनियम-4 निम्नवत्‌ जोड़ा जायेगा :- "(4) (त्) जिन पदों की सेवा/संवर्ग नियमावली में लिखित परीक्षा/साक्षात्कार के आधार पर चयन का प्रावधान किया गया है, वैसे मामलों मे प्रशासी विभाग से प्राप्त अधियाचना के आलोक में रिक्तियों के विरूद्ध चयन हेतु आयोग द्वारा Online/Offline परीक्षा/साक्षात्कार का आयोजन किया जायेगा। (त्त्) आयोग द्वारा प्रशासी विभाग के परामर्श से Online/Offline परीक्षा हेतु विभिन्न तकनीकी पदों के लिए विषय एवं पाठयक्रम का निर्धारण किया जाएगा।

- - उक्त नियमावली के नियम-8 में उप नियम-4 के बाद एक उप नियम-5 निम्नवत्‌ जोड़ा जायेगा :-

"(5) आवेदकों की संख्या अधिक रहने पर लिखित परीक्षा एक या एक से अधिक चरणों में आयोजित की जायेगी।'' सं॰ 21/त॰क॰च॰आ॰-04/2014,सा॰प्र॰- सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग, बिहार, पटना की अधिसूचना संख्या

दिनांक का निम्नलिखित अँग्रेजी अनुवाद, बिहार सरकार के प्राधिकार से एतद्‌ द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है, जो भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खंड (3) के अधीन अँग्रेजी भाषा में उसका प्राधिकृत पाठ समझा जायेगा। The 3rd May 2021

No. 21/B.T.S.C-04/2014 Ka-5215--In exercise of the powers conferred by Section-14(1) of "Bihar Technical Service Commission Act, 2014 (Bihar Act 13, 2014)" the Government of Bihar is pleased to make the following amendment-rules for amendment in "Bihar Technical Service Commission Selection Procedure Rules, 2018". :-

1. Short title, extent and commencement (i) These Rules may be called

"Bihar Technical Service Commission Selection Procedure (Amendment) Rules 2021"

(ii.) It shall extent to the whole of the State of Bihar. (iii) It shall come in to force from the date of publication in the Gazette.

2. Substitution of Rule-4 of "Bihar Technical Service Commission Selection Procedure Rules, 2018." -

Rule-4 of the said Rules shall be substituted by following -

The following application fee may be charged from the applicant who apply online:-

Government.

3. Addition of sub-rule-(4) in rule-8 of Bihar Technical Service Commission Selection Procedure Rules, 2018 A Sub Rule-4 shall be added after sub-rule-3 in rule-8 of abovesaid rules as follows-

"(4) (i) where provision for selection is done on the basis of written examination/Interview in service/cadre Rules of the posts, in that cases Online/Offline examination/Interview shall be conducted by the Commission for selection against vacancies in the light of received requisition form Administrative Department.

(ii) For Online/Offline Examination for various technical posts, subject and syllabus shall be determined by Commission with advice of Administrative Department.

4. Addition of sub-rule-(5) in rule-8 of Bihar Technical Service Commission Selection Procedure Rules, 2018 Sub Rule-5 shall be added after sub rule-4 in rule- 8 of the said Rules as follows :-

"(5) In case of excess number of applicants, the written examination shall be conducted in one or more than one stages."
