स्ां॰ 1प/स्था॰-04-19/2018/15836/प॰रा॰—भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद-309 के परन्तुक के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार के राज्यपाल, बिहार पंचायत सेवा नियमावली, 2010 में संशोधन करने हेतु निम्नलिखित नियमावली बनाते हैं :-
1. संक्षिप्त नाम, विस्तार एवं प्रारम्भ।- (1) यह नियमावली, ''बिहार पंचायत सेवा (संशोधन) नियमावली, 2023'' कही जा सकेगी।
(2) इसका विस्तार सम्पूर्ण बिहार राज्य में होगा। (3) यह तुरन्त प्रवृत्त होगी।
2. बिहार पंचायत सेवा नियमावली, 2010 के नियम-2 में संशोधन।-उक्त नियमावली, 2010 के नियम-2 में निम्नलिखित पंक्ति जोड़ा जायेगा :-
''2. (xx) ''अपर जिला पंचायत राज पदाधिकारी'' से अभिप्रेत है जिला स्तर पर पदस्थापित अपर जिला पंचायत राज पदाधिकारी;
(xxi) ''अपर मुख्य कार्यपालक पदाधिकारी'' से अभिप्रेत है जिला स्तर पर पदस्थापित अपर मुख्य कार्यपालक पदाधिकारी;
3. बिहार पंचायत सेवा नियमावली, 2010 के नियम-3 में संशोधन।- उक्त नियमावली, 2010 के नियम को निम्नलिखित द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित किया जाना हैः-

नियम-4 को निम्नवत् प्रतिस्थापित किया जाना हैः-
''4. इस संवर्ग का स्वीकृत बल/वेतन स्तर वही होगा जैसा समय-समय पर राज्य सरकार द्वारा
स्वीकृत किया जायेगा।''
5. बिहार पंचायत सेवा नियमावली, 2010 के नियम-7 में संशोधन-उक्त नियमावली, 2010 के
नियम-7 के उप नियम (4) को विलोपित समझा जायेगा।
6. बिहार पंचायत सेवा नियमावली, 2010 में उपर्युक्त संशोधन के फलस्वरूप बिहार पंचायत सेवा संवर्ग का

बिहार-राज्यपाल के आदेश से, मिहिर कुमार सिंह, सरकार के अपर मुख्य सचिव।

No. 1Pa/Stha-04-19/2018/15836/P.R—In exercise of the powers conferred under proviso of Article-309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Bihar is pleased to make the following Rules to amend the Bihar Panchayat Service Rules, 2010:-
1. Short title, extent and commencement- (1) These Rules may be called the Bihar Panchayat Service (Amendment) Rules, 2023.
(2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Bihar; (3) It shall come into force at once.
2. Amendment in Rule 2 of the Bihar Panchayat Service Rules, 2010- Rule 2 of
the said Rules shall be added by the following:-
"2. (xx) "Additional District Panchayat Raj Officer" Means Additional District Panchayat Raj Officer posted by the Government at district level ;

3. Amendment in Rule 3 of the Bihar Panchayat Service Rules, 2010- Rule 3 of
the said Rules, 2010 shall be substituted by the following:-

the said Rules, 2010 shall be substituted by the following:-
"Sanctioned strength/Pay level of this cadre shall be the same as determined by the State Government from time to time."
5. Amendment in Rule 7 of the Bihar Panchayat Service Rules, 2010- Sub Rule
(4) of Rule 7 of the said Rules, 2010 shall be deleted.
6. As a result of the above Amendment in Bihar Panchayat Service Rules, 2010 the
