स्ां॰ स्था0(मु0)विविध-13-29/2013/313 सू0ज0स0वि0—भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक के अधीन प्रदा शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार राज्यपाल ''सूचना एवं जन-सम्पर्क विभाग, छायाकार (भर्ती, प्रोन्नति एवं सेवा शर्त) संवर्ग नियमावली, 2014'' का संशोधन करने हेतु निम्नांकित नियमावली बनाते हैंः- 1. संक्षिप्त नाम, विस्तार एवं प्रारम्भ।-
(1) यह नियमावली ''सूचना एवं जन-सम्पर्क विभाग, छायाकार (भर्ती, प्रोन्नति एवं सेवा र्शा) संवर्ग (संशोधन) नियमावली, 2023'' कही जायेगी।
(2) इसका विस्तार सम्पूर्ण बिहार राज्य में होगा। (3) यह तुरंत प्रवृा होगी। 2. सूचना एवं जन-सम्पर्क विभाग, छायाकार (भर्ती, प्रोन्नति एवं सेवा शर्त) संवर्ग नियमावली, 2014 के नियम-2 (ग) का प्रतिस्थापन।- उक्त नियमावली के नियम-2 के उप-नियम (ग) को निम्नवत् प्रतिस्थापित किया जाता हैः-
''(ग) ''आयोग'' से अभिप्रेत है, बिहार तकनीकी सेवा आयोग।''
3. सूचना एवं जन-सम्पर्क विभाग, छायाकार (भर्ती, प्रोन्नति एवं सेवा शर्त) संवर्ग नियमावली,
2014 के नियम-4(4) का प्रतिस्थापन।- उक्त नियमावली के नियम-4 के उप-नियम (4) को निम्नवत् प्रतिस्थापित
किया जाता है।
''4.(4) बिहार तकनीकी सेवा आयोग लिखित प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा में न्यूनतम अर्हता प्राप्तांक एवं
व्यावहारिक दक्षता जाँच के आधार पर अभ्यर्थियों की एक मेधा सूची तैयार करेगा तथा अपनी अनुशंसा
नियुक्ति पदाधिकारी को भेजेगा। लिखित प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा का पाठ्यक्रम एवं अर्हता आयोग द्वारा विभाग
के परामर्श से अवधारित किया जा सकेगा।''

(Mu.)vividh-3-29/2013/313 IPRD—In exercise of the powers conferred by the Proviso to the Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Bihar makes the following Rules for the amendment to the "Information and Public Relations Department Photographer (Recruitment, Promotion and Service condition) Cadre Rules-2014"
1. Short title, extent and commencement :-
1. These Rules shall be called "Information and Public Relations Department Photographer (Recruitment, Promotion and Service Condition) Cadre (Amendment) Rules,2023." (2) It shall be extended to the whole of the state of Bihar. (3) It shall come into force at once.
2. Sub Rule (C) of rule 2- of Information and Public Relations Department
Photographer (Recruitment, Promotion and Service Condition) Cadre Rules-2014 shall
be substituted as follows:-
'' (c) "Commission" means the Bihar Technical Service Commission.'' 3. Sub Rule (4) of rule 4- of Information and Public Relations Department Photographer (Recruitment, Promotion and Service Condition) Cadre Rules-2014 shall be substituted as follows:-
"4 (4) The Bihar Technical Service Commission shall prepare a merit list on
the basis of minimum qualifying marks obtained in the written competitive
examination and practical skill test and send its recommendation to the appointing
authority. The Commission shall determine the syllabus for written competitive
examination and qualifying marks, in consultation with the Department."
