एस0ओ0 59 दिनांक 4 जनवरी 2024—बिहार माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 (बिहार अधिनियम-12, 2017) की धारा 9 की उप धारा(1) और धारा 15 की उप धारा (5) के परन्तुक के उपवाक्य (ii) के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, बिहार राज्यपाल, परिषद की सिफारिषों के आधार पर, एतद्द्वारा, वाणिज्य-कर विभाग की अधिसूचना संख्या-01/2017-राज्य कर (दर), दिनांक 29 जून, 2017, जिसे बिहार गजट असाधारण अंक संख्या 544, दिनांक 29 जून, 2017, द्वारा प्रकाषित किया गया था, में और आगे भी निम्नलिखित संषोधन करते हैं, यथाः- उक्त अधिसूचना में, अनुसूची I 2.5%, - (i) क्रम संख्या 165 के सामने, कॉलम (2) में, प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर, प्रविष्टि ''2711 12 00, 2711 13 00, 2711 19 10'' को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा;
(ii) क्रम संख्या 165क के सामने, कॉलम (2) में, प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर, प्रविष्टि ''2711 12 00, 2711 13 00, 2711 19 10'' को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा;
2 (cid:464)बहार गजट (असाधारण) 4 जनवर(cid:547) 2024एस0ओ0 59 दिनांक 4 जनवरी 2024 का अंग्रेजी में निम्नलिखित अनुवाद बिहार राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से इसके द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है, जो भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद-348 के खण्ड (3) के अधीन अंग्रेजी भाषा का प्राधिकृत पाठ समझा जायेगा।

)] ——— The 4th January 2024 Notification No. 01/2024- State Tax (Rate)
S.O. 59 dated The 4th January 2024—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 9 and sub-section (5) of section 15 of Bihar Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Bihar Act 12, 2017), the Governor of Bihar, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Commercial Taxes Department, Notification No. 1/2017- State Tax (Rate), dated the 29th June, 2017, published in the Bihar Gazette, Extraordinary, vide number 544, dated the 29th June, 2017 namely:-
In the said notification, in Schedule I – 2.5%, -
(i) against S. No. 165, in column (2), for the entry, the entry "2711 12 00, 2711 13 00, 2711 19 10" shall be substituted;
(ii) against S. No. 165A, in column (2), for the entry, the entry "2711 12 00, 2711 13 00, 2711 19 10" shall be substituted;
2. This notification shall come into force with effect from the 4th day of
