eŒ@LFkkŒvŒjkŒ¼vŒ½ 01@2015¼[k.M&II)&40—भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद-309 के परंतुक के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार के राज्यपाल एतद् द्वारा "बिहार पशु एवं मत्स्य संसाधन (मत्स्य) सेवा भर्ती नियमावली, 2007" (समय-समय पर यथासंशोधित) का संशोधन करने हेतु निम्नलिखित नियमावली बनाते हैं :-
1. संक्षिप्त नाम, विस्तार एवं प्रारंभ -
(1) यह नियमावली "बिहार पशु एवं मत्स्य संसाधन (मत्स्य) सेवा भर्ती (संशोधन) नियमावली, 2023" कही जायेगी।
(2) इसका विस्तार सम्पूर्ण बिहार राज्य में होगा।
(3) यह तुरंत प्रवृत होगा।
2. "बिहार पशु एवं मत्स्य संसाधन (मत्स्य) सेवा भर्ती नियमावली, 2007" (समय-समय पर यथासंशोधित) में नियम-6(3) जोड़ा जाना - उक्त नियमावली के नियम-6(2) के बाद नियम-6(3) निम्नवत् जोड़ा जाता है :-
"6.(3) इस सेवा के मूल कोटि के पदों पर सीधी भर्ती से नियुक्ति के क्रम में समान पद पर संविदा के आधार पर की गयी सेवा के लिए अंक की अधिमानता तथा अधिकतम उम्र सीमा में छूट निम्नवत् दी जायेगी :- (i) बिहार सरकार अथवा बिहार राज्य के अन्दर अवस्थित गैर-निजी संस्थान (केन्द्र
सरकार, पंचायत, नगर निकाय आदि) में संविदा के आधार पर समान पद पर किये गये2 (cid:464)बहार गजट (असाधारण) 1 फरवर(cid:547) 2024 संतोषजनक कार्य अवधि के लिए अधिकतम 25 अंक की अधिमान्यता निम्नवत् दी
जायेगी :-
(क) चयन प्रक्रिया में प्राप्त अंकों की अधिमान्यता - 75 अंक
(ख) संविदा के आधार पर समान पद पर - 25 अंक
किये गये कार्य अवधि की अधिमानता
(प्रत्येक वर्ष 5 अंक के हिसाब से अधिकतम 25 अंक एवं
वर्ष के अंश के लिए अनुपातिक अंक अनुमान्य होगा)
(ii) बिहार सरकार अथवा बिहार राज्य के अंदर अवस्थित गैर-निजी संस्थान
(केन्द्र सरकार, पंचायत, नगर निकाय आदि) में संविदा के आधार पर समान पद पर
किये गये संतोषजनक कार्य अवधि के मतुल्य अवधि की छूट अधिकतम उम्र सीमा में दी
जायेगी।
(iii) संविदा के आधार पर कार्यरत अवधि का विनिश्चय संबंधित नियंत्राी पदाधिकारी द्वारा
भुगतान के आधार पर निर्गत वेतन भुगतान प्रमाण-पत्रा के अनुसार किया जायेगा। इस
हेतु आयोग द्वारा प्रकाशित विज्ञापन में आवेदन समर्पित करने की अंतिम तिथि को
इसकी गणना की जायेगी।

No.- Mo./Astha.A.Ra.(A.) 01/2015(Khand-II)-40—In exercise of the powers conferred under proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Bihar is pleased to make the following rules to amend the Bihar Animal and Fisheries Resource (Fisheries) Service Recruitment Rules, 2007 constituted to regulate procedures for the recruitment and promotion in the Animal and Fisheries Resources (Fisheries) service namely :-
1. Short title, and commencement -
(1) These rules may be called The Bihar Animal and Fish Resources (Fish) Service Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2023.
(2) It shall extend to whole State of Bihar. (3) It shall come into force with immediate effect.
2. Addition of Rule 6(3) in "Bihar Animal and Fisheries Resources (Fisheries) Service Recruitment Rules, 2007" (as amended from time to time)—After Rule 6.(2) of the said rules, Rule 6(3) is added as follows - "6.(3) In order of appointment to the posts of the basic category of this service by direct recruitment, maximum marks and the age limit will be exempted as follows will be given for the service rendered on contract basis on the same post. (i) Weightage of a maximum of 25 marks will be given for the period of satisfactory work done only in same post on contract basis in the Government of Bihar or in a non-private institution3 (cid:464)बहार गजट (असाधारण) 1 फरवर(cid:547) 2024 located within the state of Bihar (Central Government, Panchayat, Municipal body etc.) as follows:
(a) Weightage of marks obtained in the selection process - 75 marks (b) Weightage for the period of work done only in - 25 marks
same post on contract basis (Maximum 25 marks at the rate of 5 marks for each Working year and
proportionate marks will be allowed for part of the year) (ii) Relaxation in the maximum age limit will be given for duration equivalent to satisfactory work done in the Government of Bihar or a non-private institution located within the state of Bihar (Central Government, Panchayat, Municipal body etc.) only in same post on contract basis.
(iii) The duration of working on contract basis will be decided by the concerned controlling officer as per the salary payment certificate issued on the basis of payment. For this purpose, it will be calculated on the last date of submission of applications in the advertisement published by the Commission."
