"In exercise of the powers under Article 178 of the Constitution of India and Under Rule 9(1) of Bihar Legislative Assembly Procedure and Conduct of Business Rules, I, Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar, Governor of Bihar, hereby fix 15th February, 2024 the date for election of the Speaker of Bihar Legislative Assembly.
