No. X-04-2024-115(R)/A.D. (Rules).—The Rules further to amend the Bench Secretary (Recruitment) Rules, 2020.
The following amendment received the assent of the Hon'ble Court in the context of renaming the post of "Assistant" as "Assistant Section Officer" in the establishment of the High Court of Judicature at Patna:-
Short Title, extent and commencement –
(i) This shall be called "the Bench Secretary (Recruitment) [1st Amendment] Rules, 2024".
(ii) The amendment shall come into force with immediate effect.
2. In "The Bench Secretary (Recruitment) Rules, 2020", the post 'Assistant', wherever mentioned, is rechristened and substituted with 'Assistant Section Officer'.
