(सं0 पटना 248) पटना, वृह(cid:232)पितवार, 14 माच(cid:91) 2024 fof/k foHkkx ——— vf/klwpuk 14 ekpZ 2024 एस0ओ0 66 दिनांक 14 मार्च 2024—बंगाल, आगरा एवं आसाम व्यवहार न्यायालय अधिनियम 1887 (अधिनियम-XII, वर्ष 1887) की धारा-13 की उपधारा-(1) एवं धारा-14 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा इस विषय पर निर्गत सभी पूर्व अधिसूचनाओं एवं आदेशों का उपान्तरण करते हुए, बिहार के राज्यपाल निदेश देते हैं कि :-
(क) गोपालगंज जिलान्तर्गत हथुआ अनुमंडल में अवर न्यायाधीश [असैनिक न्यायाधीश (वरीय कोटि)] का न्यायालय एवं मुंसिफ [असैनिक न्यायाधीश (कनीय कोटि)] का न्यायालय स्थापित किया जायेगा; (ख) हथुआ अनुमंडल के अवर न्यायाधीश [असैनिक न्यायाधीश (वरीय कोटि)] के न्यायालय एवं मुंसिफ [असैनिक न्यायाधीश (कनीय कोटि)] के न्यायालय की अधिकारिता गोपालगंज जिले के हथुआ अनुमंडल की सम्पूर्ण स्थानीय सीमायें रहेंगी;
(ग) हथुआ अनुमंडल के अवर न्यायाधीश [असैनिक न्यायाधीश (वरीय कोटि)] का न्यायालय एवं मुंसिफ [असैनिक न्यायाधीश (कनीय कोटि)] का न्यायालय हथुआ में पर्याप्त आधारभूत संरचना पूर्ण होने के पश्चात् हथुआ में बैठेगा और तब तक संबंधित न्यायालय जिला मुख्यालय, गोपालगंज से कार्य करेगा।
(घ) यह अधिसूचना दिनांक 16 मार्च, 2024 से प्रभावी होगी।

The 14th March 2024
S.O. 66 dated 14th March 2024—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 13 and Sub-Section (1) of Section 14 of the Bengal, Agra and Assam Civil Courts Act 1887 (Act XII of 1887) and in modification of all the previous notifications and orders issued on the subject, the Governor of Bihar is pleased to direct that:-
(a) The Court of Subordinate Judge [Civil Judge (Senior Division)] and the Court of Munsif [Civil Judge (Junior Division)] of Hathua Sub-division in the district of Gopalganj shall be established at Hathua;
(b) The Jurisdiction of the Court of Subordinate Judge [Civil Judge (Senior Division)] and the Court of Munsif [Civil Judge (Junior Division)] of Hathua sub-division shall be the entire local limits of the Sub-division of Hathua in the District of Gopalganj;
(c) The Court of Subordinate Judge [Civil Judge (Senior Division)] and the Court of Munsif [Civil Judge (Junior Division)] of Hathua sub-division shall hold its sittings at Hathua upon the creation of adequate infrastructure at Hathua and till then the concerned Courts shall function from District head- quarters, Gopalganj.
(d) This Notification shall come into force with effect from the 16th March, 2024.
