सं0 जी॰सा॰का-01/2008/293—जन्म और मृत्यु रजिस्ट्रीकरण अधिनियम, 1969 की धारा 4 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए श्री हिमांशु कुमार राय, निदेशक, अर्थ एवं सांख्यिकी निदेशालय, बिहार, पटना को उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनार्थ बिहार राज्य के लिए मुख्य रजिस्ट्रार (जन्म और मृत्यु) नियुक्त किया जाता है। पूर्व में निर्गत एतद् संबंधी आदेश इस हद तक संशोधित समझे जायेंगे। यह आदेश निर्गत तिथि से प्रभावी होगा।

No.-Ji Sa.ka-01/2008/293—In the exercise of the power conferred by Sub-section (1) under Section 4 of Registration of Births and Deaths Act, 1969, Shri Himanshu Kumar Rai, Director, Directorate of Economics and Satistics, Bihar Patna is appointed as Chief Registrar (Birth and Deaths), Bihar for the execution of the above Act. All Subsequent Notifications and Orders in this regards issued earlier will be treated as amended. It shall come into force with effect from the date of issue.
